The breakfast room was marvellous, on the top storey of the building with a grand view of the city, but the breakfast itself was rather average. Plenty of stuff but nothing really good or interesting.

We had a small suite, with a bedroom and a living room and two bathrooms. It looked as if it had been made from what would originally have been two very small rooms, but was quite generous and comfortable as it was.

They offer luggage storage, but it seems not perfectly safe. You don't get a reciept, but they give you access to a room, where you put in and take out the luggage yourself. I would not leave any valuables there.

The location is very good, in the city center close to most sights. The hotel is the highest building in the city, so it is very easy to find. Rooms have nice views, espceially closer to the top. The restaurant at the 26th floor have the best views. The room was not very large but comfortable. I arrived early but got a room before the official check-in time, which was nice.

The restaurant for breakfast is too small for the number of guests. Both time I was a guest, it was difficult to get a table. The last time, I got a table, however, while I was at the buffet, it was taken by another guest!

The hotel is in the very centre and the price can be reasonable (I visited the hotel two times).

The beds could have been harder, too soft. Door to the bathroom too small also the WC place. Nothing for disabled or large persons. Apart of that the orange juice at breakfast was nearly empty and not anymore possible to pour in glasses without tilting the entire vessel. All above not justifiable for the money finally asked.

It is an archtectural monument with some serious limitations for upgrades with regard to comfort and facilities. The surrounding center is both uncomfortable and noisy. Even people fro Chemnitz feel u comfortable there after dark.

Parking on booking.com is presented in such a way that it gives the impression that it is private and free. Unfortunately, already after the reservation, a message is received by e-mail (which is usually not read when driving a car on the road), where, among many other information, it is mentioned that you have to pay for the parking space. If I had known this in advance, I would not have chosen this hotel. This is not only a problem of this hotel, we recommend booking.com hotel owners to make it more clear whether the parking space at the hotel is free or it is available but has to be paid for.

The hotel seems to be intended for organizing big events and meetings. Impressive lobby with waterfall and good location.

We arrived 30 minutes before check-in time, and there were fewer folk in the house, but still nae chance to check in because of policies – they didn’t even check our names. So how would they know if our room wasn’t ready? There’s no air conditioning, and the rooms are roasting. The bed’s new, but it’s awfy soft and too warm. There’s a bit of mould in the bathroom as well.

High building - good view. First reception rough - second one very friendly. Breakfast team very friendly.
