The location is perfect for people who have early flights. The check-in process was smooth and quick.

The mattresses on the beds were not in good condition. One could easily notice the bed springs.

The room was quite hot and the air conditioning was insufficient to cool the room. Opening the window was not great either because the hotel lies under the airplanes approach path to the airport. Actually even with the window closed was quite loud although that's a risk that one takes when choosing a hotel that close to the airport.

There was self check-in. I didn't even have to go to the reception. I got my key with the code given and accessed my room directly. The soundproofing was good. I can say the location is perfect, in the middle of nature and in a neighborhood with cute little houses.

While being close to the airport can be an advantage in some cases, it also has a disadvantage. The sounds of airplanes can be very noisy during the day, but of course they don't fly in the evening. Another issue is that my bed was squeaking. It's not very disturbing, but of course it's better not to have such an event.

The staff were very friendly, the location was great, and the room was as advertised!

The wifi in our room was quite terrible and unreliable. The lack of a fridge made a longer stay a bit tricky. Unfortunately, no laundromat nearby the hotel...

Neat and clean

Nothing wrong with the room which was clean, quaint and comfortable for a 1 night stay, but it is on the flight path so you hear the planes taking off and landing.

Clean, big and bright room. Only 1 min away from bus station to Düsseldorf airport. Check in and check out were smooth. Although no lift available, the staffs helped us to bring our luggage upstairs 😄

A bit expensive for what it offers.

Very conveniently located if you are just transiting through Dusseldorf and a need a night or two in. Quiet neighbourhood to walk around, has enough utilities around if you’re just there a short stay. Facilities are clean, check-in/out is contactless, hassle-free and easy. Perfect for a quiet sleep before or after a long flight.

Stairs could be a challenge if you have a heavy piece of luggage on you.

Close to airport. Not far away from shop. You can park here.

Very noisy guests late at night, coming and going. Supposedly 1100 checkout but loud music played by the cleaners from 1000 and at 1030 one of the cleaners walked into my room.

Warm shower, good mattress,

Sounds protection between rooms. Too noisy of neighbors. You can hear every movement and every world. Wish to get a bottle of 0,5 L still-water every day.
