Super clean. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

The bed was hard and have me backache

Shower was great, nice settings with plenty of hot and cold water. Towels for everyone and enough coffee for 1 cup each.

Reception was closed when we arrived, we had an email saying the key was in a key safe and we were given a 4 digit code + # It was the wrong code! When we opened the box there was NO key. Luckily i tried a different code and opened the door above. My key was there with somebody elses key. This was a human error and because i love finding solutions changing the last digit to a 4 did the trick!

Friendly staff Breakfast wasn't impressive

Sockets are missing, desk has 12, one used for TV the other for WiFi. None available for the guest to use, shocking. Travelling on business i recharge powerbanks, laptop and several gadgets like mobile phones, pads, laptop and some other electronic equipment. Asking at reception if they can help out with a multi plug 4/5 docket one but was declined. No food no drinks after 18:00 hours was not expected as i booked expecting availability of bar and restaurant as advertised . Overall using booking.com over years traveling this is one huge disappointment and i definitely will not consider choosing this hotel again. Considering the huge disappointment half the price i paid would have been the top end of what i should have been charged.

Small rooms. No clear instructions when you do check in after hours. No air conditioning.

The staff at the restaurant was very nice, room was clean and bed comfortable

After 6pm there is nobody in the hotel, everything was closed including the restaurant, welness, reception. Another hotel with ko netflix, old and not smart tv.

The breakfast was not 20 euro worth. Very simple. Dinner price is high.

Even though they say pets are allowed, check with them ahead of time. For me it was a problem and they wanted to cancel my room prior to arrival (at 10 in the evening) essentially leaving me in the middle of the road. In the end then fortunately let me stay and the room was Allright. Upon checkout they asked to pay extra on top of the rate agreed on booking.

The location, free parking, and the size of the room.

The room was not really clean. The sofa was very smelly and there was garbage behind the table. There was a sticky spot on the bathroom counter. The room was also very dark. The bed was comfy and seemed clean though. The check in was complicated and the hotel is not barrier-free. (There is an elevator but stairs are needed to get to it). Crib cost was €10.
