How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Fantastic little apartment that was ideal for a short visit. Clean, comfortable and generally just a lovely place to stay! Only a short walk to the supermarket and to the train station, going straight into Stuttgart and to the airport.

It was a bit long walk from the station. As I arraived a bit late in the evening the streets towards the house seemed a bit dark.
The place was very clean and nice. Very nice bathroom and a spacious living room. Nice touch with the book shelves.

There’s nothing we could think of.
The property was in a quiet area about 20min drive by car to Stuttgart city Center and a 10min drive to Stuttgart Messe. The apartment was super clean and stacked with everything you need for a short weekend trip. The communication with the host was great. They responded shortly after we messaged them and were very friendly. We would absolutely recommend!

You can hear planes, no elevator in the building appartment is on the top floor, mentioned parking spot could not be used as the car on the middle space parks too wide, however sufficient parking in the street

Everything was very nice and comfortable. It would have been nice to find some coffee for the coffee maschine. We did find although a very nice bakery 6’ away by car with a very tasty espresso.
Very clean, very modern and cozy. It is nice that you have a parking space included and that the neighborhood is so quiet. Very well equipped kitchen, you can cook just like at home.

Parking in the allocated space doesn't work.. We were blocked in by other cars or couldn't get car out due to limited space to reverse. We ended up having to park up the road away from the apartment. Nowhere to hang or dry towels after a shower..A clothes rack would be v helpful as we had to dry them on back of chairs. Sofa is v uncomfortable to sit on for more than 10 minutes. Glad there was a spare bed supplied as using this as a bed would not have worked. More information on local area, websites and places locally to visit would be nice touch.
Brilliant location. Short walk to local shops, train station, supermarket, bakery. Lovely walk to sports complex nearby which was nice of an evening. V clean, plenty of fresh towels and linen supplied. Shower easy to work. Kitchen facilities as expected for holiday let. Coffee maker and coffee was lovely touch. Tea towels and washing products helpful and nice not to have to buy. Thank you. Recommend this place but careful if you have a car.

No shower gel offered which was a minor thing... instructions for how to dispose of garbage etc all in german so inprobably did it the wrong way
Very modern. In house with 8 or 10 flats. Next to a farming field so feeling is very country side.

U-banh (Subway) is quite away from the place.
Comfortable, clean, modern and super-quiet flat ! Perfect communication and super easy check-in and check-out process. Highly recommended !

The window/skylight in the living room only has a thin shade, so if you are traveling in the spring or summer you will find that it's quite bright in the evening and morning. More of an issue when traveling with kids than if an adult were sleeping on the sofa. The bathroom was impeccably clean on the surface, but the shower didn't drain and immediately overflowed the tray. Upon lifting the drain cover, we found a very, very dirty drain that was too gummy and clogged to allow water down. A quick fix with a little effort, and our only complaint about the space.
Super cute and simple apartment, perfect for our needs for a one night stay during a road trip. The kitchen is small but has most of everything you need, including coffee and tea supplies, which I always super appreciate! Our kids were perfectly comfortable on the sofa bed, and I appreciated that it was made up for us when we arrived. One more thing to know (that for us was neither positive or negative, just important to know!) is that you need to walk up a couple flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
