TREES BLOCKING ORIGINAL VIEWS FROM I GUESS 1970'S

A great stop with a car when coming up the Adritic. Convenient. Easy parking. A/C but great views blocked, i am told, by City Council denying permission to cut back trees blocking views from the 3 story building

I was initially given a key card for a room that was occupied by another guest. The staff rectified this but there was some miscommunication that lead to this error. This was a bit scary given I’m a solo female traveler.

Great location, close to public transport, shops, restaurants and my family. The breakfast was reasonably priced and great. I liked the modern vibe, the room was well laid out and had most of the necessities.

Wifi was effectively unavailable in rooms, which is unacceptable for a modern hotel in 2025. In the breakfast area, Wifi worked fine. I would have given the hotel higher marks if the Wifi worked, but I had to leave as I was on business and it was impossible to take calls over Wifi in the rooms.

Excellent breakfast, and breakfast staff was very friendly and professional. Sizeable, comfortable room with excellent storage space for luggage and belongings. Convenient underground parking (but note: it's 17 Euro/night extra for parking).

Bed to low and to soft.

Locatie perfect, good connection with all kind of public transport. Shops, butcher, backery all next door.

Some aesthetics could use a refresh/update.

Staff was top notch, made sure the stay was great. Especially Natalie but also Angela, Noah, and Selena. Value for cost was great. The place could use a little sprucing up and maybe new carpet/paint, but the rooms were large for the price and the bed was very comfortable. Location was top for my needs, many restaurants and shops very nearby. Parking was secure, breakfast was another great value for the money. Again, cannot say enough goo things about the staff, absolutely the best! Professional and helpful throughout my stay.

Reception did not open the door and awnser phone/intercom for 25 minutes - left us standing outside late (23:00) and no explanation or apologies were given.

During the show hot water got cooler. I finished before it got cold but was a little nervous. But my husband had no problem after me.

Very comfortable modern hotel. We chose it because it was easy to get to the airport yet was only a short train ride to the centre. Quite a few restaurants and bars close by. The breakfast was good.

The a/c is typical for European hotels which means it sorta cools the room.

One of my fav hotels. Great location in Vaihingen which is close to lots of good local places to eat. Easy parking, and the apartment rooms are good for long stays.

The wifi is so bad in the rooms (in the lobby its good enough ) The hotel takes 17 euro per night for the parking also when you are not at the hotel. They almost dont have 1 queen bedroom, just 2 twin beds.

The staff was so polite and the location was good enough. (20mins from the city center via U14- just 7 mins of walking)

I wouldn't call this hotel child friendly. They provided a crib but that's it. Bookings had the wrong photos up and we expected more of an apartment with a kitchen. They were actually aware of the problem but haven't done anything to correct this. Which I found misleading. I was hoping for a fridge to store some baby items. The woman working there was very nice and grabbed a mini-fridge from a different room for us which was very nice of her as her superior colleague didn't realised we understood German and complained that we didn't pay for a room with a fridge which we in-fact from our bookings photos thought we did.

Large rooms. Baby crib available. Decent price for value. Possible street parking can be found on the street.

Car park was bit away from hotel, and as we were on motorcycles after paying at reception you only get 10 minutes to get to car park, pack your stuff and get gear on was a bit of a challenge

The plastic around the light in the bathroom makes noise as the light becomes hotter. Then makes noise when it cools down.
