The kitchen needs more equipment, e.g. wooden spoons, but we managed without it. :)

The apartment was good, quite spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of shops in the area, so it was easy to buy dinner.

There's always place for some improvement to have an excellent stay. The shower can easily be upgraded by a thermostatic tap and rain shower head. The current head wasn't descaled. It's easy to fix and no big investment. The climate in the room is really a big thing during 'summer times' when the temperature is above 22 degrees. Even with this temperature and some sun the room is getting hot (with windows open). There's a tower fan in the room, but AC is the only solution for an excellent experience. So the room climate can be a big topic.

The location is very good, quite central even though it's a quiet area. Just 5 minutes away from Checkpoint Charlie and the U-Bahn Kochstraße. The Berlin public transport is very well organized and pünktlich. Also the main spots are easy to reach by a nice walk. Even it's an aparthotel it's nice you have options for breakfast and drinks in the nice lounge. A comfortable place to stay for a short term.

The staff were friendly, and the location is close to the bus station (~200m) and U-Bahn (~500m). The room is spacious and the facilities in the room are quite complete with jug kettle, pan, coffee machine etc.

Because of a hot weather we needed air fans, and two units were available, but they were small and too cheap to function properly. Interior lights were inadequate to light the room.

Nice apartment hotel in the center of Berlin quite close to many tourist attractions, but also to quiet part of Kreuzberg district with parks and galleries. We were attracted by it's location and cheap price. Quality of rooms corresponds to price, but the service was good. We had a unit consisting of a bedroom and living room with a couch for a child and a kitchen. the separation was welcome, as well as a wide balcony. Underground parking garage was nice, clean a cool - which was definitely great in hot weather outside.

The view is quite uninspiring and to describe it as a “city view” is misleading. It was simply a view of the rear of office blocks

Absence of air conditioning, very hot in summer. Fans in the rooms are very insufficient. Dirty toilet seat that couldn't be cleaned

The quality of the bed and the staff were just OK. Not bad but not impressive either. There was an Npresso machine in the room but no pods. Only at checkout did I find out they provide pods when you check in. So while not terrible, it was unfortunate.

The lobby was a nice place to relax. The room was well equipped with everything you need.

Beds are somewhat firm

Great location close to CP Charlie. Able to hire bikes from the hotel, which is easily the best way to get around when site-seeing. So convenient.

There is a bit of a musty smell in the hallways, and the elevator was very far away, they still use the service elevator.

The bedside lights didn't work and the seal of the showerdoor didn't really work and the bathroom would get quite wet. The water temp was little funny as well and would switch from hot to cold a few times but not enough to really complain about at the time.

Room size was great with a nice bathroom, reception staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags before check in. Also special mention to the cleaning staff they kept our room lovely and clean and even folded our pajamas which was very sweet. Location was also perfect you're 2 mins away from the U-bahn making it really easy to get about the city.

Late check in at 3 was a bit awkward but that's more down to my need to be somewhere at 5 and not the hotels fault.

Really easy going staff and apartments felt like little homes.

The hotel is a few hundred meters from the nearest subway station. Breakfast at the hotel is good, but we preferred the nearby bakeries.
