Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A great location with a quick walk into town, a 7min drive to the baths and a comfortable room, comfy bed with feather duvet, and the worlds friendliest and most helpful, Jeremy Reiner look alike, hotel manger. We slept like babes and the felt like we were in heaven at the baths. Will definitely come again.

GermanyCheck-in until 10pm but when I arrived at 8 no one was at reception, a registration sheet with my personal information was lying on the reception desk next to the key card with my name and room number. As a woman travelling solo this made me feel quite unsafe. There was no staff at reception at any time during my stay and so far nobody has replied to my request for an invoice. The only staff member I met was a friendly person who was in charge of breakfast.
Good location, clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was ok.
