How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room was a bit small but nothing to complain too much about for a few nights. Towel rack was broken but we just put towels elsewhere.
The room was nice and clean, nice design. Good parking.

not very user friendly access system to the udenrground garage. can be easily fixed.
VEry nice and modern property, staff handled situation very well and were extremely professional and polite, particularly the experienced manager on duty.

Tiny room.
We liked the price and the fact that there was a parking garage (10€/ day) right underneath. Staff were super friendly.

We debated having breakfast at the hotel but as a hot breakfast is not offered, we decided to eat in town. This is not a negative but would have been a little more convenient for our trip. Otherwise, a good comfy hotel and a safe bet!
Great location near the city and close to tram line stop (Siegelstrasse) with a short ride into the centre. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms nicely appointed. Parking on site and free. Staff very friendly and helpful

In room was missing small fridge, which I hoped for, breakfast was good but bread was very hard and tough to eat.
In walking distance to few parks, since I'm not German speaking person, staff knew English and all ended good, bar in the hotel is one of the good ones in the area.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception ⭐️ Good location right next to a U-bahn stop. Located on a very busy main road but we couldn’t hear any traffic noise from our room. Short walk to Feuerbach centre, lovely, brilliant microbrewery / restaurant called Wichtel which is a perfect place to eat with a great beer.

We missed a kettle within the room.
The room was lovely and clean. The room faced a busy road so had a lot of noise on Saturday night. The parking was just outside but the barrier was not working. Staff were amazing to help and give all support through the stay.

We arrived on Tuesday afternoon. There is limitted restaurant around opening for the dinner.
The hotel is good, very much the same as other MOTEL ONE. Front desk staff are nice and warm. Parking is easy and free.

Hotel was great, perfect for just two of us. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. There’s a tram station right outside the entrance of the hotel, or there is one a 10 minute walk away. The only downside was the cost of breakfast, i did feel that it was a little overpriced for what it actually was. But other than that it was a 10/10.

17 euro for breakfast (with no hot breakfast) I found a bit steep. There isn't really any shops nearby in walking distance. No gym

There is no Slippers ,no water and there is no cattle in the room

Anxiety about car parking, but we got a space fine.
Came back for one night before heading to airport as we came earlier same week. Room clean aslnd staff very friendly. Easy access to town. Prepared about car parking this time too.
