the proximity to the gesundbrunnen station is good. we needed it for our trip. but the neighbourhood is not so nice.

There was no wardrobe or drawers in the room, just a few floating shelves and off-the-wall hangers. Not best for privacy. Street noise and the entrance door to the corridor was annoying sometimes. Complimentary toiletries were too little considering the price. No kettle.

Great location to travel from and to the airport and anywhere in the city. Clean and stylish room with a great view and black out curtains, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful when needed, outside seating area was handy. Air-conditioning was a life-saver. Excellent for a local Berlin experience.

No storage in the room for clothes (beyond a couple of hangers to hang from 3/4 pegs on the walls) is the major factor that means I wouldn't come back for more than eg one night's crashing before getting an early morning train (from the very very accessible Hbf). Feels basic for a hotel (but great if you think of it as a hostel with all private rooms!). Cleaners are scheduled for 8-9am every day which we often refused in sleepiness, then, reception struggled to find us fresh towels later in the day. Mattresses are thin and plasticated (hostel hostel) and towels are also thin and small (hostel hostel hostel). It's clean but feeling tired eg the shower and sink drained poorly. Something's up with the room doors - too easy to accidentally not lock, and came back to open doored room a couple times.

If you imagine it as a private room booked in a hostel you'll be very happy and feel you've lucked out! Sweet and helpful staff, nice sized rooms, price is quite ok for a double room in Berlin. Also being bang on Gesundbrunnen is great for access to lots of bits of town. Tiny little surface in the room usable as a desk if you have to do a call. Some lovely places for breakfast in the area, multiple falafel options, a couple of Spätis nearby. 24h reception. Drinks and snacks for sale in reception too.

The price ended up being $100 extra than what we thought, we tried to have cleaning not come a few times and put the "do not disturb" hanger on our door, but the cleaners still came

Staff while helpful and friendly they did not have much idea of the hotel bar they were manning. Coffee machines both broken. A helpful member of staff did go next door to bring us coffee. A kettle in the room would have been good.

Excellent accommodation! Good location due to proximity to public transportation. The staff is kind and helpful. The lobby is perfectly furnished, and we could also use the bar excellently. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with modern contemporary design.

There was alot of rubbish in the street outside where the cars where parked - not the hotel's fault but I was surprised at the poor infrastructure in keeping Berlin a bit cleaner and safer. Also, the staff at the desk, on the morning we were leaving, were very slow and didn't prioritise guests' needs over their own staff requirements, hence there was a bank up of people waiting to check out.

The hotel itself is decent and has potential, but it does not live up to a 4-star standard, especially when it comes to service. While the facilities are good, the staff seemed a little bit unprepared. Some examples: upon arrival it was difficult to find my reservation. I couldn’t get a coffee in the afternoon because the machine was still heating up. They seemed surprise when I asked if I should give my husband ID because he was staying with me..

The location is pretty good. The options for vegan and gluten free in the breakfast were nice. I like the hotel's vibe. The fitness room was cool.

Staff were not as friendly and helpful as other Moxy hotels we have been to. The bar area also lacked the usual atmosphere you get at a moxy. The local area was a bit rough I would pick the more central moxy in Berlin if I returned.

Cooked breakfast quality was a bit lower than expected - rubbery lukewarm scrambled eggs and only had bacon on offer 1 day out of 4. The other days there was only processed dried up sausage meatballs. Fruit salad was a bit slimy. But there was an excellent choice of continental breakfast options - meats, bread, cheese, We missed not having a kettle in the room to make cups of tea during the day. This wouldn’t have been a problem if we were able to make hot drinks downstairs. We ended up buying teabags and milk and using the microwave to heat water.

Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. Large spacious rooms. Beds very comfortable. Shower/bathroom facilities excellent. Loved the downstairs ‘library area’ for chilling out after a long day sight-seeing. Free luggage storage lockers to use on our last day as we had a late flight home. Location perfect - very close to large transport hub for u and s bahn. Shopping centre nearby for food options, Aldi, etc.

The room lacked a wardrobe and heating, and us being from a hotter climate we were cold in the room. Thankfully the staff helped us with an extra blanket.

The pillows are small, and I wish the gym had more equipment than mostly just cardio machines.

The hotel is really good ! Rooms are clean and comfortable, the lobby and library are amazing to sit and have a cup of coffee while chilling and the gym is good for a quick workout. The vibe of the hotel was nice and the staff from room service to front desk are friendly and helpful. The location is near everything ! And public transportation is easily reached.
