We designed Moxy rooms to be small but smart, focusing on what modern travellers truly use—peg walls instead of wardrobes, fold‑down desks, loads of USB outlets, speedy free Wi‑Fi, and a comfy bed at the core. We also build communal energy beyond the rooms: think our bright lobby bar, Grab & Go café, and 24/7 reception/check‑in at the bar—places built for connection, spontaneity, and a bit of playful fun #PlayOn. That said, we totally hear you. The minimalist in‑room storage, thin mattresses, early housekeeping schedule, and finicky towel service weren't within the expectations of a longer stay—and we’re sorry it felt more like hostel living than hotel comfort. These details and your feedback about door locks and drainage are things we’re actively addressing with operations and housekeeping.
