Air conditioning wasn’t very powerful. The stairs between floors needed more color and brightness. Not enough pillows or wardrobe space. Need a mini fridge for keeping drinks cool. Only 4 coat hangers, need more hangers.

My daughter loved the shampoo and shower gel. It was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Everything was top notch- from the amazing staff, to the clean and modern rooms. Great if you travel for Europa Park- only a few minutes away by car. Great diversity of food at the breakfast buffet.

There is literally no storage for your clothes. Each room has a trendy grid on the wall with a couple of coat hangers, which is no use at all. There are no wardrobes, drawers or shelves.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. I really like the bar and it has a good cocktail menu. The location is good for local restaurants and Europe Park/Rutlantica.

Quite far from Europa park on foot. You have to enter through the main entrance (26min on foot), but you can exit through the park’s hotel/resort exit (1min from Moxy). Life hack!

The restorant is the hotel, very noise and uncomfortable for the rest guests, especially on Saturday. The restorant is very expensive, compared event to the restorant with Mishlen star close to the hotel.

The locatoin, breakfast and hotel interiors are perfect.

There was no mini bar in the room and no drinking water and no tea pot

The hotel was new , super clean , the stuffs were friendly , and the most important for us was that the hotel was Pet friendly .

The one thing that would definitely have made this stay even better would have been a kettle in the room with some tea and coffee.

Excellent staff, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. Air conditioning in the rooms, so you can have a comfortable temperature in the rooms. Very good location, Europa Park is within walking distance, and also driving to the hotel is very easy. Breakfast was great, there are takeaway cups for coffee and a good selection of food.

The pillows- they need replacing. I folded mine in half to get some structure and integrity to it.

The hotel was modern, clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Good location for Europa Park and Rulantica. Pleasant staff. TV connected to our phones. We had a triple room with a double bed and fold out bed. From other reviews I was expecting the room to be extremely small but it was fine.

Nothing, close to supermarket, close to Europa Park within walking distance.

The staffs were the highlight, receptionist was very polite and speak good English (sorry we don't know any german words), the bartender was kind aswell (serve me yaeger, first time trying that) the room was comfortable, AC works wonderfully and I really like the light sensor under the bed, whoever idea it is need a raise. And lastly the manager was the star of the stay, we were about to miss our train when she offered us a lift to the station, thank you so so much. (No they're not doing free taxi to the station, please don't take advantage of their kindness)
