In-room kitchen facilities were helpful

Really no ability to contact anyone at the weekend, you’re pretty much left to it so if you have any questions in general or about the room, it’s probable you’ll get nowhere. Not enough info in the room, or prior to arrival. I asked a good few questions before arrival which I received a response to swiftly but had I not, I’d have been lost for my late Sat evening check in. No air conditioning and my top floor/in roof room was super hot. Trains run all night on the adjacent railway and the fridge motor clicks on and off all night. Not for light sleepers.

Very helpful staff. Clean place and close to the city centre and transportation.

No staff during the weekend

Self check in worked perfect and quick. The beds were comfortable and the room was well equipped. It was quite warm but there was air conditioning available. The place is about 20min from central station, but it is in a very pretty neighbourhood with enough places to go to for dinner or coffee

Nice hotel with good location, parking garage, small kitchen, spacious and modern room

The room was very well furnished and in a great place, close to many museums, that are great to visit. The room was clean and we didnt feel like we are missing anything.

The bathroom could use a ventilator. It got a bit too steamy, when we both took shower in the evening. Also there are trains running outside your window. I did not really mind them, since they never woke me up once I have fallen asleep, but it is a good thing to keep in mind.

The room has no air conditioner or ventilator, and with Open windows ist top loud, the Trail Lines are in front and quite loud. We have Alexas pur own ventilator for such cases, and it „sabes“ is for this One Night.

Room was just right by the very busy train tracks. They were trains running few times in the hour. When the windows were open there was no chance to get some sleep. I understand that the location is what it is but it would be nice to add description that I won’t be able to sleep because of trains.

All the facilities in the room are sufficient

This was a very nice place to stay. The apartment is neat and tidy and checking and checkout is easy. Even though we did not realize the reception is closed on weekends the owner helped us immediately when we called and it was nice and simple. Checkout is also easy.

Excellent room with great facility, absolutely automatic check in, everything for cooking, really comfortable apartment. Even towels were clean and smelling good. Shower gel and hand soap are very nice and soft.

Wifi is horrible, I tried to work and finished after 5 minutes because connection was a disaster, water stream in the shower, could not remove a shower gel from the body during 10 minutes, because stream was so low. Also I have sit near the table and figured out that the floor under the table is dirty, so smbd missed cleaning it for some time.
