The breakfast staff didn’t follow hygiene standards (hairnet..), we found hair in the breakfast

No coat hangers. Had to ask for some. Can't believe cleaners wouldn't notice were told people take them!!Balcony disgraceful with lots of large weeds growing. Small table but no chairs. Leak in bathroom and flush overran. Both these reported Asked for chairs for balcony but didn't materialise so asked again and nice girl did find some old ones for us. Curtains have holes in. Inside corridors scruffy. Outside needs weeding and general maintenance. Bar not open as no staff. Same as our vist couple of years ago but still advertised. This could be so nice but lacks attention to detail and investment .

Nothing negative to report the hotel was exactly what I needed and expected

This is not my first stay at this motor coach themed hotel, so I was already aware that it provides good value accommodation, an excellent breakfast and good service from the staff. I needed to be in this particular location, but a bonus is that it now has a close direct UBahn link to the airport as well as the existing link to the Stadtcentrum. The hotel is in a fairly peaceful location with a short walk to Mohringen town centre. I did not need it this time but the parking facilities are good.

The hotel is not as well maintained as it used to be. The museum has become disappointing, bar not open in evenings, windows are filthy, lots of rough corners, cracked glass, and even out room had a bathroom door with pretty significant water damage. The cool furniture the hotel used to have has been replaced with items that don’t match the original photos.its a bit of a let down. Staff are a bit cold and seem unhappy.

It’s a cool concept, and I enjoy the theme that has been done. Neoplan deserves this preservation.

One of the hand towels was full of short hairs, from the last gest from rasieren. I didnt get a chair with back rest for the desk as I requested.

We had no body wash - it was empty. When we phoned down to reception to please bring more up they said they would but it never arrived. A bit annoying when you're waiting to shower. Hand wash also very low

Easy access to downtown with Ubahn. It takes less than 20 minutes. Nice restaurants near by in Möhringen and in Vaihingen. From STR airport it is also only 15 minutes ride to closest Ubahn station.

Very clean, smooth checkin and check out, their parking was fully booked but since it was Saturday night they suggested to park in a closeby neighbour companies parking space and it worked.

I arrived late and I wanted to take a shower before to sleep and the shower gel bottle was empty. There is no secure internet and my corporate laptop cannot access to public internet so I had to use my phone as hotspot.

Room was basic but good. Breakfast was basic but good too. The free coffee was very appreciated and the free drink if you skip cleaning day was a good way to use the cleaning service when necessary only and environment friendly.

A nice hotel in a quiet location 5 mins walk to the U bahn which takes you straight to the airport (15 mins) or Stuttgart centre (25 mins) in the opposite direction. Good breakfast No facilities for dinner but 15 mins walk to nice restaurants and a good pub

Aziz, the general manager of the hotel was very kind. He explained us in detail how to reach different destinations in the city using public transport. Breakfasts were also fantastic. Such deliciuos fresh apples and freshly made orange juice I never tasted before. Aziz perfectly gives advices in Russian language as well for the comfort of guests from CIS countries.

This hotel is convenient to the city center. The service of the housekeeping lady is serious and enthusiastic, and the room is neat and clean. When we checked out, the elevator was broken and could not operate. A tall and handsome guy at the front desk helped us move the big box down from the 4th floor. We were very touched and thanked him very much.

Need to have more water. We received one bottle of water with the room and after that the fridge located in reception only half fizzy drinks and alcohol. If any water was there it was always sparkling which was not any use.

This was my second stay at this hotel which I chose because of the specific location that I needed to be in and also I knew there was nearby public transport connections directly from the airport and to Stuttgart centre. The hotel provided a spacious, clean and comfortable room. This time I took the breakfast buffet which was beyond my expectation, an excellent choice of fresh hot and cold food. Very friendly staff, this hotel will be my first choice if I return to Stuttgart again.

Basic room with basic facilities. The breakfast was very basic and not high quality. After 8 am, many things are finished and the selection is limited. On the upside, not so much is thrown away. The blinds were broken, they were open, but always down and impossible to pull up. The mattress was mediocre as were the pillows.

The coffee at breakfast was very good. If you don't get your room cleaned on a multi-night stay then you get a free drink, but you have to ask for it.
