We have choosen this place second time on our 2nd euro trip! Arrived late after 1000km driving that day but Check in was very smooth, even got a schnapps And the friendliness is priceless! A year ago the lift was not working but I did not mind the stairs that time. They have got the lift back on this time so that was a bonus Being on the 4th Floor. A room upgrade with a balcony could have Been nice just like the year before as there were barely people in. Breakfast was one of the best we ever had. Good to see familiar faces from the year before! Highly recommended for a good night sleep for the price they charge! Very reasonable! For additional cost you can par Your car in there own car park.

Characterful with access to a small museum for free.

The breakfast staff didn’t follow hygiene standards (hairnet..), we found hair in the breakfast

Excellent clean room and comfortable mattress. We only had breakfast for one day of our stay but it was very nice. Free coffee machine in the lobby was also very much appreciated. Parking was quite reasonable at €5/day.

Pillows were quite flat. The air conditioning was on some sort of timer and would quit in the middle of the night, requiring me to get up and turn it on again.

Nice room and partially refitted new bathroom. Fridge was useful .good breakfast and nice coffee and croissant in foyer

No coat hangers. Had to ask for some. Can't believe cleaners wouldn't notice were told people take them!!Balcony disgraceful with lots of large weeds growing. Small table but no chairs. Leak in bathroom and flush overran. Both these reported Asked for chairs for balcony but didn't materialise so asked again and nice girl did find some old ones for us. Curtains have holes in. Inside corridors scruffy. Outside needs weeding and general maintenance. Bar not open as no staff. Same as our vist couple of years ago but still advertised. This could be so nice but lacks attention to detail and investment .

This is not my first stay at this motor coach themed hotel, so I was already aware that it provides good value accommodation, an excellent breakfast and good service from the staff. I needed to be in this particular location, but a bonus is that it now has a close direct UBahn link to the airport as well as the existing link to the Stadtcentrum. The hotel is in a fairly peaceful location with a short walk to Mohringen town centre. I did not need it this time but the parking facilities are good.

Nothing negative to report the hotel was exactly what I needed and expected

It’s a cool concept, and I enjoy the theme that has been done. Neoplan deserves this preservation.

The hotel is not as well maintained as it used to be. The museum has become disappointing, bar not open in evenings, windows are filthy, lots of rough corners, cracked glass, and even out room had a bathroom door with pretty significant water damage. The cool furniture the hotel used to have has been replaced with items that don’t match the original photos.its a bit of a let down. Staff are a bit cold and seem unhappy.

Comfortable room and good breakfast

One of the hand towels was full of short hairs, from the last gest from rasieren. I didnt get a chair with back rest for the desk as I requested.

Breakfast was really good.

We had no body wash - it was empty. When we phoned down to reception to please bring more up they said they would but it never arrived. A bit annoying when you're waiting to shower. Hand wash also very low

Breakfast and bathroom

No secured Internet is nothing less than a joke. No water in the room !! Cheap mattresses to sleep. No arrangement of food at hotel in evening. Parking place only by luck.
