Parking lot location

Overall, a great hotel with an excellent location and polite staff. We loved everything except the parking lot access, which was from another street and quite confusing to find.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t type in the password for your wifi system. It kept on jumping on, and then saying “ No Internet connection”.

Clean, modern room with A/C, fabulous view of Neues Rathaus, centrally located, 2 short blocks from Thomaskirche. Things are cheaper in Leipzig than in the Western part of Germany, but it is just as nice. Lots to do here.

Breakfast is really subpar for a 4 star hotel. Rather basic but worst of all by far- the scrambled eggs are horrible- either made of powder or fried on a disgusting oil, or both. Luckily the staff made me scrambled eggs individually, per my request, and it was better. Also the cakes- you can really taste they are cheap with lots of chemicals.

The location was perfect for the purpose I visited Leipzig, which was to explore the Thomaskirche and surrounding area. The room was comfortable, the staff helpful, and the breakfast had a number of great options.

The only downside was the reception staff—robotic, unhelpful and unable to answer even basic questions. They clearly need training or replacement. Because of this, I’m lowering the rating. Otherwise, the hotel is impeccable.

The breakfast was excellent, with amazing staff there and a great variety of food. Location is perfect; the room and the bathroom were beautiful and comfortable.

The suite rooms were at the lower floors and facing inwards to the shopping centre, so there is no privacy. People taking the escalator within the mall could look directly into the rooms. So care must be taken to pull the curtains.

It was perfect for our one night stopover in Leipzig before continuing our trip.

Super central location. Easy walk to many restaurants, and public transportation. Parking and EV charging right outside hotel. We had a nice big room and it was super clean.

The check in was very slow - only one person doing it, there was a queue and had to wait over half an hour. No water in the room. No cleaning of the room until after 3 or 4 days and if you wanted anything you had to ask.

The room was very nice with a good big bathroom and although no water provided (there was a mini -bar) there was free tea/coffee making facility. Breakfast was varied and good quality with all usual options and coffee machine.

I understand that during a fest, prices on hotels increase. But more than twice the normal rate is a wee extreme.

Air con could have been a bit stronger as it was quite warm even with it on all night

Large very clean room with sizeable bed and bath. Location was great right in the centre of the city with beautiful morning view. Hotel lacks any real food options but its not a problem as there are so many options to choose from in the vicinity and many nearby grocery stores etc for essentials!

The NH Leipzig Zentrum is in one of the best locations in he city, no need to take a taxi or use public transportation, everything is at a stone's throw, you can walk everywhere knowing at the same time that even walking at a very late time is safe. Beautiful hotel with fascinating views, the hotel is next to a mall that connects you to the most lively part of Leipzig. The hotel is modern and well-kept, but they have a new policy: they will begin cleaning your room on the third day, unless you request it before. It shouldn't be like that; you are paying for the full service without those constraints. Will I pay less if I don't request the service? No, I'll pay the same. I think that's something that has to be revised. The best part of everything is the staff, very nice employees who face the people staying and will go to any length to make your stay unforgettable. I have to commend Rebeca and M. Irfan for being so generous with their time in order to make our time in Leipzig unique.

A bit soulless. Parking garage under hotel managed by APCOA ended up not accepting card payments.

Well-equipped but standard room. Great location at Burgplatz. Average (and overpopulated) breakfast.
