Cuscini da rivedere. Lo staff non conosce una parola di italiano e stiamo parlando di una struttura di 16 piani con un clientela internazionale. Abbiamo avuto un problema alla partenza con il biglietto del parcheggio (da loro consigliato e con loro convenzionato) e abbiamo dovuto fare avanti/indietro a piedi 4 volte (sotto la pioggia) prima di risolvere. Lo staff si limita a fare il minimo indispensabile e al telefono non risponde nessuno. La struttura è imponente, ma priva di anima e sostanzialmente se avete dei problemi vi dovete arrangiare. Ho chiesto anche info per la targhetta verde (da usare nei centri urbani) e mi è stato mandato un link per arrangiarmi.

La camera è dotata di tanti comfort: frigo, bollitore, macchina nespresso per il caffè in camera (the, Caffè e acqua sono offerti dalla struttura), kit pulizia scarpe, calzascarpe, nel bagno c’è anche il balsamo per capelli e la crema corpo, phon buono. Letti comodi. Posizione ottimale: nei pressi di hauptbahnof e del centro di Monaco. Non abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel.
Il servizio bici (che sponsorizzano sul loro sito) in realtà non c’è: “le bici sono in manutenzione” ci è stato risposto. Hanno una “obliteratrice” per vidimare i ticket del parcheggio convenzionato (procedura che consente di attivare lo sconto al parcheggio). Tuttavia L’obliteratrice talvolta non funziona, e capita di arrivare al parcheggio e dover tornare indietro all’hotel, o peggio, dover discutere col titolare del parcheggio: a tal scopo assicuratevi di avere con voi sempre qualcosa che dimostri che state pernottando nell hotel.

Molto grave é stato il mal funzionamento dell’aria condizionata, tale per cui non si é riuscite a dormire durante tutte le notte ( due giorni) . E anche la temperatura del frigobar non era sufficientemente fredda.

al ceck in ( sono arrivata in anticipo ) ho affidato i miei bagagli alla reception e quando sono tornata alle 15 ( 3 ore dopo circa ) uno dei bagagli era stato smarrito. Abbiamo passato un pomeriggio di panico alla ricerca di questa valigia persa dove avevo un sacco di roba nuova e beni di natura affettiva per me ed i miei cari. Dopo 3 ore dalla scomparsa questa valigia non veniva fuori ed abbiamo dovuto chiamare la polizia per denunciarne il furto / scomparsa. Solo dopo altro tempo è venuta fuori nn si capisce da dove ( mi hanno spiegato che l'avevano erroneamente data ad un altro ospite che l'aveva portata e tenuta in camera sua. Per fortuna non mancava nulla ma è stata psicologicamente una brutta esperienza che mi ha caricato di ansia e nervosismo. Mi dispiace tantissimo ma questa cosa che è successa è allucinante.

I servizi: ogni sera dovevamo chiamare la reception per la consegna degli accappatoi, non veniva rifornito gli accessori in bagno ogni giorno (salviette, cuffie per doccia, fazzoletti, carta igienica?
