Nothing really. Actual position of the Pod seemed a bit open and unsafe to start with but we needn't have worried. It was very quiet for a town position right by the station and it is secure. Once the new garden grows a bit more it'll be lovely and more secluded.

Stayed in their TinySky Pods as a couple. Ours was on the ground not on the roof which was perfect for us. Clearly very new, very modern, very clean and comfortable. The Pods are quirky but with everything we needed for a short and mostly self-catering stay. Location for exploring the wonderful Harz Railway is perfect just 200m ish from the Nordhausen Nord Station. We loved it. Staff are great and very helpful too.....

The air condition was not working or not exsiting in our room. It was hot so we just opened the windows for the night. Recption desk and bar could be open a bit longer than 10pm.

Receptionists spoke English and provided is with baby cot and a kettle , there is a big public car park but also a private one for 8 euro per day. Room was specious and clean.

The breakfast bar doesn't have ready sliced bread so you have to be good with a knife if you want toast.

Excellent location, both for the main railway station and for the Harz steam railway. Great breakfast and nice rooms with a classic feel to them. Staff were very helpful and can sell postage stamps.

The city of Nordhausen itself is not the nicest city with a huge amount of immigrants. Which is not the fault of the hotel off course.

Tasty breakfast. Friendly (and handsome ;-)) staff, we felt very welcome. Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom.

Great location across from the main train station and Harz Bahn Railway, and a couple blocks from restaurants and shopping. We had a good dinner at an Indian restaurant 2 blocks away. Hotel is clean and comfy, with nice decor. The layout of the triple room was a bit wonky, but big enough for us and our 12-year-old for one night. The bathroom was small (shower doors fold in so you can use the sink). Nice big windows for ventilation. Good breakfast, though a bit pricey. Overall, it was a good choice for a 1-night stay before our Harz Bahn steam train trip the next day.

Everything was top notch from the clerk that greeted us to breakfast in the morning. We were especially pleased with the opportunity to stay in one of the small houses in their Tiny House Resort. It was new, fresh and well outfitted. We would enjoy staying there again!

Can't remember anything we didn't like. We found the location perfect, and we would return to this hotel in the future.

This hotel is right across the street from the Bahnhof. Couldn't be more convenient. We were impressed with this facility for its price. It stand out as one of the best hotels we have seen close to a train station.

No TV in our bedroom. No refrigerator in our room. Heating system is very hard to operate. No instructions. No room service on the first day. We had to ask for it.

Very quick and efficient check in. A clean and tidy room and spacious bathroom. The biggest plus was the adjoining restaurant, good food, good and good service.

I could not find anything much to fault about the hotel or the service from the staff.

Excellent continental buffet breakfast with a very wide and varied selection. Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel was in a convenient location just a short walk from the DB and HSB railway stations, which was very useful as I arrived and departed by train and used both the DB and HSB train services to explore the Harz mountains region during my stay. Hotel has a beautiful period interior with clean and comfortable rooms and an excellent bar and restaurant. As I had advised the hotel that I would be arriving late in the evening to check in to the hotel the staff had left my room card in a key safe outside the entrance and sent me the pin number to open this by text message.

I’m fully aware that Americans use air conditioning more than Europeans. But, my room was 87 degrees when I went to bed and 83 when I woke up. I asked for a fan but they didn’t have one. Just know that if you are used to sleeping in a 75 degree room and it’s warm out, you may have a hard time getting a good nights sleep. Yes, I had the windows open despite the street noise.
