The fact that I wanted to book another night .The manager told me the hotel was full then told me I could have the room for another night but not going through booking.com and to pay him directly .He then asked for 120 euros when I had only paid £35 for the night Via booking.com😱. He was clearly trying to pocket the money for him self

In a hotel opposite a lake there are going to be mosquitoes. I was awake for ages trying to kill them. I think I got 10, including some who had enjoyed a great dinner of me. Mosquito nets and/or aircon vital before I'd consider staying again.

The location is ok quite close to the highway, however not really with a decent view.. there were no proper markings for parking and everything, the room was a bit small and the shower area was quite bad and smelly

No host available, everything is done remote. personally I do not like this for a hotel - had I known in advance I had not booked it. When i book a hotel I prefer to have a reception and someone on site. Otherwise I might just book an appartment. Also, the bathroom is super tiny and leaves no room for privacy. Tall people cannot use the toilet with the door closed. Breakfast is ok but very limited options.

Nice location, rooms are well decorated and seem quite new. Beds are comfy, little balcony overlooking the patio area is nice. Free parking across the street.

Unfortunately stayed on the only day the restaurant is closed. We were not made aware of this when booking. Very little in the way of restaurants nearby without having to drive into the next town. No kettle in the room so we couldn't even make ourselves a drink when we arrived.

Very uncomfortable beds. Shower and toilet are only divided from the room with glass, hence no privacy. Insuficient toiletries for the 3days stay. Rooms not very well sound isolated, you can hear your next door neighbours.

Great location. Room was clean. It was convinient to get into the property and room with the code as we arrived late. I also liked the nice little balcony. Breakfast was quite basic, but good. Nice restaurant in the ground floor, the food was really good.

Close to the motorway, in a quiet ares, modern bathroom, nice little Italian restaurant at the location, good food, nice personell. Interesting sistem to let yourself in, very practical.

I had a room in the corner, so there was some noice from the road outside in the night. At the breakfast there was no personnel and I couldn't find some spoons, so it was not possible to eat the yoghurt.

The hotel is good for traveling thru, near the autobahn. The building is old, but the rooms are nicely renovated. You get a code to get in the same day as check-in, easy, and you can arrive whenever you like. The bread at the breakfast seemed to be fresh, at least they were warm.

There were no shades in our room so the sun began to shine right into bedroom at 6 in the morning, the toilets are not completely closed so the water vapors from shower and the smell from the toilets goes into the room.

the place itself was quiet, however, in our room on the first floor there was continuous ugly vibrating sound which meant we could not sleep at all after a difficult day of driving. That is a bad point in accommodation where one would expect total quiet.

1. Bathroom - terrible design. No privacy. 2. No air-conditioning 3. No staff - everything was done by electronics. They're was a code to get in and a code for the room. On arrival we had no idea how to get in. The procedure was not made clear in the booking emails. There was a number to call, but it didn't work. They're was a notice on the door but it was very confusing. Eventually we got a number that worked and, after several exchanges we were told to email them to get a code. However, the room we were allocated was already in use!! We called again, sent another email and finally got a new room that was not occupied. All in all, a terrible experience.

Scam, don't come to this hotel. They did not send the log ins and they claim they did, couldn't come in the hotel, no staff available, no emergency contact. Complete scam. I couldn't get my payment back neither.
