Rooms need some refurbishment. The kitchenette did not have much equipment, just some very basic.

Newly built apartment hotel, has reception, close to Gesundbrunnen station. Very friendly staff. Spacious room with kitchenette. Quiet district.

The water stopper in the basin in the bathroom was stuck and water unable to drain (to be fair, it was fixed the next day after housekeeping). Tiles are cold to step on, it would be great if slippers are provided.

Conveniently located near Gesundbrunnen station. There was a direct train from Gesundbrunnen to the airport so you don't have to travel all the way to Berlin Hbf to change. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Has a kitchenette with kettle. Housekeeping done daily. Gesundbrunnen Centre (a mall) is located next to the train station so you can buy groceries/ necessities/ food. Courteous and polite staff. Very welcoming. They helped you to store luggage for free on the day you checked out.

The hotel and rooms were too hot although it has AC, but very low and can’t make it high.. The fridge also hot Bathroom size very small

The location was good, 15 mins only to the center and front to a shopping mall with more restaurants and cafes nearby Room size was fine, comfortable bed The staff was friendly especially the hotel manager was very kind and helpful a big thank to him..

The restaurant is laid out principally as a breakfast room. It would present better if tables were set out in a style more like a restaurant instead of around the walls. The price of the wine seemed on the expensive side! Our lampshade for the main light appeared to have a large quantity of debris inside, almost like dead flies or something. How this or they got there is very strange as the aparthotel is virtually hermetically sealed!

It was very helpful late at night having the restaurant facility after a very long delayed train journey. The aparthotel is also very conveniently positioned for Gesunbrunnen Station.

I stayed in hotel apartment but don't had any kitchen accessorizes like a plate . spoon,knife and... . staff were unprofessional and no welcome. breakfast and the breakfast Solon was fantastic . that hotel was good but atmosphere of the location of hotel was awful . this area was very different with other side of Berlin

The hotel room was not adequately equipped - one night table was missing, so were some lightpoints. The room itself was designed in "sad grey" - someone would love it, but we didn't, as it exacerbated the impression of dark, isolated place away from home (especially when compared to fantastic, vivid paintings on walls).

Very clean hotel, conveniently located. The staff was very kind and helpful. We'd like to praise breakfasts - you'll love them! Even paintings on walls were impressive. All hotel devices worked well.

My first stay I was very impressed with the restaurant. Unfortunately I'm staying here again the room is better but very disappointed with the restaurant meals. Not as good as first visit. Think they've changed the chef.

I thought the apartment would provide a kitchen where I could cook for myself. This is more like a hotel room.

The room is clean. Cleaning is done every day. Location is very strategic, in front of a shopping mall and a station.

There is nothing to use in the apartment. No utensils only a fridge and kettle .Not even a spoon for the coffee.

The internet is very poor, or rather, there’s none at all. The network is open, but there’s no signal.

The breakfast is too expensive, 24 Euro is kina a lot. It's a good continental breakfast, and the workers are filling everything up, but the price is off-putting.

It's clean and the bed is comfortable.

Our fridge (mini bar) didn’t work so we couldn’t save dairy products for early breakfast. Pretty loud air counditioner, it was hard to fall asleep.

Kind personal, clean room, location near railway station and city center. Good variant if you have fly from Berlin airport. Just 30 min to airport with train.
