Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Service during breakfast might be better, no one asked us if we needed anything or if anything was going fine (although many people were working at breakfast time).
Breakfast is really good, with very many options for all tastes. Rooms are nice and clean. Reception was always open and helpful.

Even tho we checked in late the receptionist was really nice and helpful. The room was great and location was also close to metro and in a nice part of town. Bar downstairs had a pleasant vibe. Again staff was really nice.

The rooms are pretty small but unfortunately this is becoming standard in hotels nowadays.
A small boutique hotel between Donnersbergerbrücke S-Bahn station and the lively Rotkreuzplatz. It is at least as good as the big hotels nearby and although it is a little bit more to the side, it offers great value for money. Due to its location on a small street it is also really quiet. All kinds of restaurants and takeaway food options are available just a short walk away.

In my personal opinion the hair dryer is so small and it is not very functional for drying women's long hair.
I loved the breakfast and the location. The room which was given to us had a nice wide window so we could have fresh air. The place is quiet and good enough to rest peacefully.

I Kept hearing noises from outside room/others room.
The receptionist were nice. The room & bed was clean & comfy. Plenty choices of minibar. Inside wardrobe there was an iron & board, also an umbrella that i've never seen on other hotels without request.

It was not possible to park the car in the hotel parking, because of the capacity - should be at least mentioned at Booking that the capacity is limited. Two man at the reception were very arrogant.

Room is rather small but this is common in Germany.
A cute, clean hotel located off the Main Street so quiet, except for construction currently being done across the street. Having a balcony was nice.

Although location is not right in the center, it was very convenient because it is close to the bus station and to the museum we were interested in. Otherwise it was very nice exploring this part of Munich. All room facilities are perfect! Minibar and its Bavarian beer are exceptional! Staff is friendly, the room is spacious for the hotel, with a table and a couch, what is also good. And special thanks for the breakfast! Really good.

The drawback is that, as of March 2024, construction is going on the opposite so it is loud if you open de window. But with the window closed is OK.

Nothing at all!!!
Everything was great! The room was very clean and quite big with a nice bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful! The location was amazing, just 5 minutes walk from the metro station and two stops away from the central train station! In the hotel's neighborhood you can find many nice restaurants and supermarket. We will definitely stay again the next time we will visit Munich
