Checkin, nobody was there. Had to phone them. I did not have a European sim yet. The owner also runs a restaurant not far away and he is there after 14:00.

The only thing that was regrettable was that, when I arrived, there was no one at reception to check in, even though I had signaled my arrival time via the messaging system. There was a number to call and, when I did, no one responded. I was called back somewhere between 15 and 30 minutes later, which was not very elegant.

The hotel itself is fantastic: the room (on the ground floor) top class, very spacious and stylish, with a good bathroom, solid mini-bar and other conveniences. Breakfast absolutely first-rate in a very atmospheric space.

It is almost completely dark around the hotel. I would have wished better outside lighting to begin with. Another thing was… the entrance door was not able to be locked or even close at all. That did not feel very safe really… but otherwise, everything else was perfect 👍

Huge table with many choices. Eggs were made to order… Everything was super fresh and delicious! Personal super nice and helpful. I was very satisfied with everything

Nice Hotel with spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent with eggs prepared to order and good coffee. Friendly, competent and helpful staff. Reception is not always staffed, but well organized to check in late.

After a long day's travel we were looking forward to a drink and/or dinner which was not available at the hotel on the date of our stay. Perhaps our own fault for not double checking.

We were here on business and booked the hotel because of their proximity to our business meeting which was within walking distance, so perfect. The room was quite spacious and the bed comfortable. Service at breakfast in the morning was extremely friendly and the breakfast options were plentiful. Would definately book again when back on business.

Beds are not as comfortable as I expected but was OK for one night only.

The pillows were terrible. Large but with no substance or support. I found it very difficult to get comfortable. The bathroom was very small and the floor was unusual. It's coated with some sort of rubberised surface but it felt sticky.

I had a deluxe double which was a very nice room with a very pleasant working area with a desk etc. The mini bar was fully stocked. The bed was comfortable. The blackout curtains were very good. I am sorry to say I did not try the breakfast even though I paid for it.

At dinner, asking for a glass of sparkling water and being given a large bottle of sparkling water was a little bit cheeky. Maybe one more vegetarian option on the dinner menu would be nice.

Breakfast was excellent, even though I did not manage to eat it all! Staff very helpful and willing to provide anything that may not have been included in the buffet. Nothing seemed to be a problem to them.

Just one advice to hotel to have more baby beds :)
