Lovely building in a beautiful location. We stayed in the hotel the night before we took the Kiel to Oslo boat so it was a perfect location. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant and the vegetarian option was divine. The breakfast was also amazing.

Beautiful leafy location, lovely big comfortable room with a great bathtub. Breakfast was wonderful too and staff friendly. Can only recommend. I travelled with a dog and she loved it too

No bag trolley Coffee payment in the pool area No towels in the pool area Don’t like the normal key systems in the room doors Table cleaning at the breakfast wasn’t ready, and the lady used a old cloth to clean in front of us. It not nice to watch and afterwards to eat. That staff mindset destroys the atmosphere on a good place.!

The bedroom very outdated, old spring mattress that var extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom old and outdated, the 'older wing' that i stayed in really needs to be redone.

Hotel has really great location, short walk to sea bank, acceptable distance to Kiel Altstadt. For breakfast they serve delicious specialities as well as German high standard.

The hotel more than met my expectations - nothing to complain about!

The hotel is in a very nice part of town, although a bit away from the centre. Breakfast was very good, the coffee is served to the table. There is a nice pool to relax after a working day. i would recommend this place a lot.

No explanation on how and where to use the coffee nespresso. The adapter for it was in the bathroom? but not where it was stored and no trays to bring it over. As the first of the German hotels, I couldn’t use it for much desired tea and coffee.

The room was adequate in that it was very clean but a bit dated. The amenities were great with ample storage. The room view upgrade was with a water and garden view but only seen briefly as we arrived late. However, 24 hour staff was much appreciated for late Checkin. What was absolutely amazing was the gourmet and dedication to their breakfast which was meticulously prepared by a team of chefs that was perhaps better in its inventiveness with beautiful presentation and variety than even the first rate hotels. The restaurant was top notch for breakfast and we wished we could have had dinner there. Location is superb near a wooded trail that leads to a overlook and to the harbor of masted boats.

Housekeeping was a bit sloppy; wet towels not hung up. Reported a broken basin plug to housekeeping and front desk but it was not attended to for the rest of our stay

It has a nice atmosphere, good to relax after work in the swimming pool great bar and restaurant, and next day a delicious breakfast. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

The shower stall floor was very slippery when wet.

Maybe the price could be a little better but not a big deal.

Very nice location; 5 minute walk to walk through the park, 2 km from the center. Everything was very nice and clean and well thought. The breakfast was fantastic, too many offers for every taste. Definitely another visit will be considered
