    Everything was fine.

The apartment is located in a very small and quiet village. It has a private parking lot enclosed by a gate, which allows you to unload and load your luggage in complete comfort. The entrance door is accessed via steps. The interior is well designed, resulting tidy, spacious and bright. As per the Booking.com description, there’s an equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a comfortable sofa. In the bedroom there’s a large bed suitable for tall people, but there are no wardrobes (which was not a problem for us), replaced by a clothes hanger structure. The bathroom is very large, suitable for disabled people, equipped with a spacious walk-in shower and a large mirror. We stayed in the apartment in winter and the internal temperature was pleasant despite the cold weather outside. Near the apartment there is a German restaurant, but there are no supermarkets or petrol stations. However, considering that you necessarily need a car to reach the place, you can use it to go shopping. In the surrounding area there are green paths ideal for a walk. With the car you can easily reach larger cities in the area. It’s close to Geiselwind which makes it convenient if you want to go there for concerts, but be careful because the streets are really dark at evening-night. It’s very close to the Thomann musical instruments and equipment store, a must-visit destination for music lovers. The host is kind and helpful and helped us late at night (when we arrived) to find the apartment through a video call, giving us instructions until we crossed the entrance door. I hope I have provided useful information to anyone who’s interested. The apartment is certainly recommended and we will choose it again, if available, on a future trip to the area.

It was really a small village. So there were no supermarkets or gasstations.

The apartment was located in a really small village and was really quiet. Really nice surroundings and a real country feeling. There was a really good German restaurant located nearby and you could easily travel to bigger cities such as Bamberg and Schweinfurt by car. Mind you that the roads are really dark in the evening.
