Our Pegasus Hostel is located right in the heart of the vibrant Friedrichshain district, just minutes away from top sights such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, and the most famous club Berghain. Regarding towels: they are included free of charge in our single and double rooms. For all other room categories, our reception is open 24/7, and guests can get small or large towels anytime for a small fee. We're glad you appreciated our convenient location, the beautiful inner garden, and our friendly staff! Regarding the lockers – we used to have them inside the dormitory rooms, but unfortunately, it didn’t work smoothly for all guests. That’s why we now provide secure lockers in the lobby area, right in front of our 24-hour reception and under camera surveillance, for extra security. We’ve also started updating our rooms with more power outlets and individual lights for the beds. We hope that by your next visit, you’ll find the improved rooms more comfortable. We offer different types of 6-bed dorms, and some are quieter than others. So next time, please feel free to come to reception – we’ll be happy to help you find a room that better suits your preferences. We hope to welcome you again soon! We offer our guests the option to check in early or check out late for a small fee of €10 – this helps us manage room availability more flexibly. Alternatively, you’re always welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge. Regarding the lockers: we used to have them inside our 6-bed dorms, but over time we found they weren’t functioning effectively. That’s why we relocated them to the lobby area, directly across from our 24-hour reception and under constant video surveillance. This change was made to better ensure the security of your personal belongings. We also appreciate your comment about breakfast and will take it into account as we look for ways to improve.
