The breakfast was good for this price. The location is also good, close to the "Innerstadt". The room was clean and sunny.

The only problem was the noise from the surrounding reconstructions, and "happy" people shouting at night in the neighbouring bars, but that's not the Hotel's fault.

Location is near the central city and surround with quiet environment and also public transportation.

This hotel doesn't have an elevator so we had to carry our suitcases up ourselves to second floor. I think this is the old building so they don't have elevator.

Perfect communication before arrival on the special requests and very easy check-in before arrival. We left the luggage early around 9AM, and the whole process was very natural, even with choosing if we would stay for breakfast, only on the day after.. We. got a roof top room, which was very comfortable, super clean, and very quiet. Location was good, less than 15 min walk from the centre.

Be aware that the 4th level rooms may not be suitable for guest with heavy bags, as there is no lift, but we were previously informed, which I found very honest and correct, and we choose that roof top room because of the A/C. At the end was the perfect choice because, even if we did not use the A/C (no need), the room was very quiet and kept us fit by using the stairs!

Good location. Friendly staff.

The hotel was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was nice, enough choiche to arrange a healthy or a jummy breakfast and there was someone of the staff making sure there was enough of everything. Our room had a view on a nice courtyard. We slept well on the beds. It was only a short walk to the main shopping street.

There was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The carpets and curtains where old and stained and a bit raggy. There was a folding curtain in the bathroom with mold all over. It was a bit noisy outside in the evening but luckily the beds where fine and we fell asleep anyway.

Breakfast was traditional German buffet with good selection of food, coffee, juices. Location is top, within 5 minutes walking from the busy area.

Bathroom is small, but that’s typical for German buildings.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.The location was good.

The cleaning was really a problem, the walls in the room were stained. You couldn't feel comfortable in terms of cleanliness.The prices were higher than the facilities offered at the facility.

Decent location.

AC is pre-set and not adjustable by the occupant. The AC unit had condensation which dripped onto the bed. There was no elevator. Gaps in the flooring in general.

We loved the staff. Super friendly, especially Janet who was exceptional. Give the lady a pay rise. She deserves it! Breakfast - what a great selection. Thoroughly enjoyed it, especially all the fresh bread.

It would have been so much better if there had been a small mini bar/fridge in the room to keep food and drinks cold. We really struggled on the hottest days to keep bottles of water cold more than 5 minutes. The 3 flights of stairs was a daily challenge, but I guess it got us a bit fitter!!
