We arrived late but still within check in slot. Had problem with opening the main door and the person on the phone who we rang was very rude. Asked us if we don’t know how to use a door, which is very condescending, especially after all of us being so tired from travelling for 15hours that day. The room was radiator in the bathroom was awful with either rust or dirt I can’t be sure. Only good thing about this place was the bed. No kettle in room to make a tea in the morning or anything.

Paid for night with breakfast but don't get it. Staff said breakfast will be at 9 but nobody was in restaurant as opening time on Sunday is 10.30. In the evening, Restaurants staff member repaired his car and has loud conversations with his small son strike on the front of our room and we wasn't able yo sleep after long journey even asked to be quiet. Complete disrespect.

Broken fan in the cupboard and not even a kettle in the room. No ventilation in the bathroom. Its just the beds that you get.

The curtains on one window had been completely taken down, therefore we didn’t have anything to cover the window/door to the terrace. We had to put a blanket there.

The beds were comfortable and it seemed very clean. We would choose it again while driving through to our destination.

Super soft mattress was not super comfy but for one night was ok. And loud from the street.

I like that we had room in 0 floor and with kid is really comfortable. And this place was 2 minutes from kids playground. Perfect spot in this case.

Our big disappointment was the quality of the beds. Two out of four were really bad. The beds are the basic of any accommodation and should be at least okay. That was not the case.

When you are on the road, the location is perfect: very close to the highway. Otherwise it is nothing special. You can have dinner in the döner / pizza place next door or at the Greek restaurant across the street. And you can park in front op the pension. Our room on the ground floor was spacious and had a clean bathroom and a little terrace. Although we have not seen anybody at the pension, the communication with the host (per phone / whatsapp) went well.

checking in was confusing you had to check in at the pizza bar next to the pension, which felt weird for me bed/matras was too soft for me, but can't blame them, i had back surgery and need a hard matras ( good thing to keep in mind when others have back problems, bed is not really good for that ) staff couldn't speak English, even though on Booking it said they could speak English

pizza bar was great getting there was easy close to city of Magdeburg with car room was clean on arrival it wasn't too noisy for me at night room was ok for me, view from the outside was what you expected from a pension located in a industrial zone
