Unfortunately, during particularly hot days, it can be difficult to keep all rooms at a comfortable temperature especially in rooms without air conditioning. We are already looking into solutions to improve guest comfort during the summer months. We would also like to sincerely apologize for the inappropriate entry of our cleaning staff into your room. This does not meet our standards, and we take this matter very seriously. Our housekeeping team has been reminded to strictly respect the checkout time and guest privacy at all times. As you mentioned, the hotel was changing ownership during your visit, and unfortunately, that transition came with a few bumps. We're already working hard behind the scenes to improve things, from updating the rooms to completely rethinking our breakfast offering. We also appreciate your honest comments about the lack of air conditioning and the smell from the bins, not ideal, and definitely something we’re addressing. 🌬️🚮 We hope that, with new management and a bit of time, we can turn this place into somewhere guests are excited to return to.
