The room was not really cleaned. Basic amenities were missing, and I had to ask for them. The parking space was full, and I was forced to park in a public parking.

The hotel's location is excellent.

It is a strange place, with some very nice details, such as the small lights that switch on when you leave the bed at the night, and then a bathroom sink made of hard plastic. Other features, too, seem to have seen better days.

The location was fantastic, we had a room with a view over the Cathedral and the Donau. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. They also serve a very rich breakfast from 6:30am, which might be helpful if you are travelling and need to leave early in the morning.

The cushions on the bed appeared to be stuffed, but it was to soft for my liking, but not something that will keep me away from the hotel.

The room we were allocated wasn’t decorated to our taste but we were only there for one night. My wife liked the large bed with individual duvets.

The view over the Danube looking at the Cathedral was idyllic. The central location meant we could ramble around Ulm and had our choice of restaurants. The breakfast was extensive and good quality. Although showing some signs of age it is still highly recommended by me.

There was no staff after 11pm - even though it is meant to be a 24/7 reception.

The hotel exterior (for its wonderful location by the river) looked a bit tired (and is well overdue a makeover) although this didn't detract from its location and service - just very 80s-looking (and a bit scruffy) I wish the parking was subsidised.

Location was good and sited next to the river Danube/Donau and we had a view of it along with the Munster tower. Room was spacious for the 3 of us. At last a room with coffee making facilities. Helpful staff on arrival Breakfast good Great connections for Legoland!

From the second we arrived we felt so welcome. The gentleman on reception was excellent. The room was amazing with lots of little touches like lighting under the bedside tables if you needed to get up in the night. Would totally recommend.

The whole hotel had no AC, sleeping was impossible. When canceling second night, they offered us drinks instead of a refund. They claimed, we booked the stay with no AC, I could not find it been mentioned while booking!

Called beforehand about parking arrangement, but got connected to a general telephone number from the hotel group, which shared plainly wrong information, which caused stress. Credit card was billed twice without notification. Was not informed about general malfunction of the airconditioning, only during the last day of our stay. No regular cleaning of the rooms/emptying the bins.

Nothing- happy with everything.

We unfortunately only had one night at this hotel, but we wished we had longer. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The bar area and terrace were delightful in the sunshine. The location was the best thing of all- right on the river and only a short walk to the bridge taking you into the Old Town. We paid an extra 12 euros to park the car, but still found the rooms great value for what we paid.
