Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Personally I found nothing to dislike although staff only spoke limited English which may be a problem for some travellers.
The hotel is situated in a quiet village, a short drive away from the Hohenzollern Schloss which was the purpose of our visit. The hotel had been recently re-furbished and was spotlessly clean throughout with some interesting features. I was surprised to find a lift, something I have not come across in a building so old. There was a sauna and other facilities available to guests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. The restaurant served a varied menu of local fare. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We can hear our neighbours very good, but may be it is a specific of old buildings. The kitchen in the restaurant was open only from 17 30 till 19 45, so we had to go to the next village to get both lunch and dinner..
A nice hotel in historical building, only 12 min by car to Hohenzollern palace.

Beds weren’t very comfortable and pillows insufficient. Our room on the front corner was so noisy we could barely sleep once morning traffic began.
Fabulous family run establishment with lovely staff and warm feeling. Excellent restaurant. Good location en route between sights. Perfect execution of all services. They really care.

Next to the main street, which doesn't have much movement but you can still hear the cars passing from inside the room. The town's church bell would ring every hour, even in the middle of the night.
Cozy hotel, very close to Hohenzollernburg. Attentive staff, decent room. Good breakfast for good value!

The internet signal is sometimes lost. The pillows could be replaced with new ones because they werw miserable in our room.
Location is good. Breakfast is poor,they bring everything on one tray.It's nit a buffet where you shoose what you want to eat. The water in the shower cabin drais very slowly. Parking is very good. The staff is friendly.

There is an effortbthat I can see to reduce noice of road passing side of hotel but it is not enough. Try to choose a room from back side of hotel. bathroom is under roof slope, thats why during taking the shower you can't stand! Too much traffic on the road in front of hotel.
The receptionist Mr Langesbein was a perfect guy. He is polite and the same time hard working. I want to thank for his efforts and kindness. Very clean and comfortable place. Breakfast was good enought for me. Room size is ok. Great area!

Nothing major but our room was a little chilly due to the snowy weather so we ended up sleeping in our t-shirts. We had heard that a few days prior to our arrival that it had been 25c so that may have been why it was cold. Also, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room like most hotels ☺
When we first arrived, we were asked for our passports as ID although we hadn't been asked in two previous hotels. However, the two members of staff that night couldn't have been nicer (Jana and Louis - hope I spelled those correctly). They helped with the menu by recommending meals and dessert and also took the time to come and chat with us about our time in Germany, our lives back in the UK etc. We couldn't have asked for nicer staff ☺

Impossible to shower standing up. I’m only 1.60m and due to the inclined roof in the shower area even for me was impossible to shower standing up. I literally had to shower sitting on the floor of the bathtub, very uncomfortable
