Room was very nice and clean ,breakfast great 🙂

Location and price. They were able to quickly bring the air conditioning back into service as it wasn't working upon my arrival

Good Location next to Train Station. Room was clean. Underground parking (extra charge).

Noisy - Hotel near a busy street. No internet in the hotel. The breakdown of the internet connection was not fixed during my 3 days stay. Elevator not working and not repaired during my stay. Only a few of the tv programs available, most of the tv programs are locked. Joghurts with termination date on the same day as served.

Everything about the hotel was good. The location and the staff were very friendly. Yhe breakfast was excellent.

The location was good and near the railway station.

The ironing board was a disappointment. It was a very small board like that of a skaters board which could be kept on the table to press the dress. The first time in my life I was annoyed ironing my dress. I have been ironing my dress for more than 30 years now.

The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from Neckarsulm station. The room is very clean. You got hairdryer, plates and fork&spoon, and water cooker for tea and coffee.

My room was next to the street so it's a bit loud. And it seems most people are confused about how to find the reception. I'd suggest putting a direction on the other entrance (next to the street) too.

Good is that you can enter the hotel at any time. It was practical for us, because we came really late after the concert. Breakfast was relatively good. Hotel is easy to find and is located just a few meters from the nice motorcycle museum. Half of the hotel is renovated, and looks decent (rooms, floors), and the other half looks really old (lobby, restaurant). Luckily, I like that old look.

Reception of the hotel is in the other building, and is not easy to find the first time. Floor in the room was dirty, and you get no slippers. There was almost no soap, and shower was leaking. We used all the towels to dry the floor after showering. Bed was really really bad. It was separated on two mattresses (although we booked the room whit the double bed), and I guess one of the mattress was broken or something and alot too soft. Luckily, I was really tired, so I could sleep for a few hours on it.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Balcony a real plus. Easy walk to train station and town central.

The staff was not particularly friendly and were not helpful at all regarding local facilities and sights. There was a language problem as well. The breakfast was pretty mediocre.

very clean and comfortable structure next to the Railway station of Neckarsulm. The bedroom was quite big even for 2 people. The breakfast above all was OK. Very good position in case of business trip. and the industrial area of the town is reachable very easily by foot or via public transport (bus)

Flexibility at check ina nd out, I came late and had keys ready, communication was effortless and clear. Nice room, basic, yet everything necessary was there,clean and comfortable.

The shower drain was not working properly, so I almost flooded the room while showering. I didn't report it as I stayed only shortly, but apart from that, all great.
