It is not the first time when we stop at Premier Inn Hotel in Karlsruhe and for sure not the last. WE love to stay here because of the comfy and clean rooms, nice staff and safety parking (garage). Very good location near highway. There is everything what we need. Highly recommend <3

The hotel left a wonderful impression! Everything is very clean, both in the rooms and throughout the property. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive — they always help and make you feel at home. You can really feel that guests are well cared for. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Good 3 star hotel. Good launch. Normal beds. Nice clean shower. Fine to stay 1 nights in trip.

We hadn't balcony. And it wasn't obvious how to use the climate control.

Nice modern hotel with air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and were prepared to prepare pizza's late at night.

It is a bit far from the city center, so more suited to travellers.

Close to train station with lovely view of the tracks below. Not far to stroll into town

It was nice and clean and quite large for the money compared to the hotels I recently visited in Switzerland.

The air conditioning machine on the roof was a bit humming on the 5th floor.

Breakfast was really good, and really cheap especially with kids.

The beds for the kids were a bit hard.

This was our second time here and again we are happy with our stay. We were received very affably by a friendly employee even though it was past midnight and they accommodated all four of us comfortably. They even tried to upgrade us to a more spacious room. The spaces are clean and the breakfast is varied and abundant. The location is very convenient. We hope to be back again in the future if we can find again a good price

They did not replenish the breakfast buffet anymore even though there was still more than half an hour of breakfast time left. At over 15€ per person, I found this a bit disappointing but it was still a great breakfast.

Rather good, pleasant, not expensive with acceptable breakfast. Recomended.

Standard of Breakfast was excellent as normal.

Had a power failure with some of the breakfast facilities and took a while for staff to respond.

A good location: next to a transport hub and a 15 min walk to a city centre. A typical member of the Premier Inn family with helpful staff. Suits for short stays.
