Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. - Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewGood location for access to U2 tram into Stuttgart. Beds good, had a wonderful sleep. Excellent bakery very near. Pretzels were delicious and a good selection of other bakery items.
Receptionist on arrival didn't speak many words in English at all. No bottled water in the room. But they would give you some if you signed up for the premier inn loyalty card. View out the window onto the tram lines and the power plant across the river.

Verified reviewExcellent location in a pleasant neighbourhood, close to the U-Bahn that can quickly take you to the centre of the city or else to the Mercedes-Benz Museum and VfB Stuttgart stadium. Our room was a good size with a fine view, and very quiet. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb, with a broad choice of tasty foods to choose -- even for vegetarians! Front-desk staff are friendly and helpful. Parking was in a secure underground garage directly under the hotel. We very much enjoyed every aspect of this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Verified reviewThe outdoor unit of the building's air conditioning was above my room on the 5th floor, it was constantly humming, resonating, I couldn't sleep because of it. When I asked for another room, they said that the air conditioning is loud in every room and they couldn't give me another room. The breakfast was poor for the price. Streaming on the wifi didn't work. Never again!

Verified reviewThere was a parking garage at €17 per night. On the street there wasn’t any parking available when I arrived so I was glad there was a parking garage underneath the hotel.
I arrived at 1:30am after a long day of driving. It took the receptionist literally 25 minutes to get me checked in! He hardly spoke English and couldn’t get a key connected with our room number. My son was super tired and had to wait all that time in the lobby before being able to finally get to bed. The beds were short. The room had a very big stain on the carpet in the middle of the room, which gave the room a dirty look. The airconditioning was extremely loud. I’ve stayed at several premier inns and I quite like the chain. This particular one was very disappointing though. Next time I will consider other hotels first.
