Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

All beds are extremely squeaky.
The foyer and the bar are funky looking. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely bathroom with a nice hot shower. Breakfast and parking are overpriced.

The only downside was that the entry cards kept getting demagnetized several times a day (and it seemed to happen to other guests as well), which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great stay with just a minor issue that could be improved.
Very nice hotel, comfortable, clean, and modern. The location is excellent, just steps away from the U-Bahn station, making it very convenient for getting around. Everything felt modern and well-maintained, and the parking area was clean and fairly spacious.

For our trip, we probably should have stayed in the city for what we wanted to see.. We ended up spending more £s as a family of 5 on the metro although the journey and connections were easy enough

Not alot of options for food nearby, need a car for this hotel, room had had a good revamp but little things could be improved like step up into shower with slippery shower floor, seal around shower door didn't work, otherwise a small but well equipped room.
Located beside major road but hard to access due to roadworks. Hotel had had a revamp, reception was very nice

Not many restaurants nearby for which you’ll have to walk or drive a bit or take public transport to the city center.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and airconditioning worked great. Location was perfectly fine if you’re traveling through since it’s located close to the Autobahn. Parking in the underground garage costs a small fee.

No supermarket around!!! Hardly one restaurant nearby. S- Bahn is quie distant. The connection of U/S-Bahn lines to the DB platforms in Stuttgart Is HORRIBLE!!! You have to walk at least 500 m. on foot. A small part you are exposed to rainfall!!! The public transportation on Stuttgart is very often chaotic, a jungle!!

Cigarettes on the window
Everything was perfect except the one thing. On the window in room 516, I found 3 cigarettes, and my son has an allergy to smoking and Nikotin. He had a problem with breathing, and I had to change the room.

Sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable.
Very nice breakfast with nice personnel. Location is in the outskirts but perfectly fine if going by car (or public transport, there is a station in front). Next to a road but good sound isolation, we didn't hear anything at night.

There's not toiletries options neither mini fridge, but for me it wasn't a problem. The lower budget hotels are like this nowdays.
Premier Inn is the same everywhere so everything was according to the explanations. The room was clean, bathroom was good.

The beds are small and not comfortable. A small wardrobe could be placed there. Breakfast was wonderfull staff was amazingly good.Very close to public transport. Wifi is also good. Room was very clean.
