The location is good but not necessarily for families with young children. Liked the fact that there are rooms with 5 /6 beds for big families . Liked the garden terrace . Like the clean bathroom

The noise , the lack of deep cleaning in the rooms , the sheet it was marked with stains of blood .

Convenient/economical room for a family. Well located to visit St Pauli.

Noisy street (not a surprise due to the situation, busy night life to say the least). Nice shower in the room but lacks intimacy (partially transparent glass door)

The room was really comfortable. Although we were concerned about the shared bathroom at first, it was really clean.

It is not in the best location to come with the family.

Reeperbahn ist halt nice. Reception was friendly and supportive.

That my room was a emergency escape. Meaning with pressing a single button from the outside anyone could get inside and steal my stuff. Book that room as last option next time not for your first Check-Ins. It was two single beds instead of one large. The wooden frame in the middle was uncomfortable. Also the beds weren’t close to the wall so your pillow could fall in between the wall and the bed the whole time. Also the locking mechanism of the doors are a hassle. I understand that the fire escape regulation are strict but this concept is Bs.

it's very clean and the staff is very nice.

It only has stairs, a little hard for customers with large suitcases.

My experience was very disappointing due to the location, which is inappropriate for families. The service is very poor.

Nice and clean, comfy bed.

Only light that worked in the room was near the bathroom and we had to use phone torches to find our stuff. The plug to charge said phones was also lose and but worked sporadically. When questioned about this in the reception, we were informed she would find someone to fix it the next day (after our departure). The door was a fire-safety type which is fine, but could be a bit tricky getting to open. The room was on the top floor with quite the trek up the stairs to get to it.

It was a good central location right in the middle of the red light district (so maybe not everyone’s ideal location but it was ok for us). The staff were really friendly. Great value for money.

The stairs were really steep so difficult to navigate with luggage. The family room had space for 6 beds but little else so felt really cramped.
