There were no curtains or shading at all in the living room, no air con, it really overheated during the day. The crockery was clearly not washed, for example the coffee was dried on the cups. The shower head was broken, and water was splashing everywhere. The lift broke when we were living, and had to carry our baby and luggage from. 4th floor down. From the 3rd to the 4th floor there were only stairs for our apartment.

Beautiful building, old, renovated with taste. Good value for money, good location, everything was smooth. We had an apartment, including a kitchen with everything, which was great while travelling with a small child. The lady at the reception was lovely. The bathroom was huge, beautiful, with a large shower. Very comfortable beds.

Appartement was called single loft, but it is rater small.

Very nice old factory completely upgraded as appart-hotel. Personnel at reception desk was really helpfull. Large parking place area. Apparemment efficiently arranged. It is offered washing machines for economical price.

If you opened the window to get cool at night in summer, you would hear the traffic. The water temperature varies at the bathroom, if you close the water tap.

The center is not within walking distance. Organize your own transport to the center and use paid parking if necessary. The rented apartment contained an extremely small kitchen/dining area and no sitting area.

Modernly furnished rooms in renovated former barracks located 2 km from the center of Emden. This does mean that space in the rooms is limited. A number of facilities are still under development, such as the outdoor terrace and the communal area. Chilled drinks available in vending machines.

Although based in an old Army barrack block, the interior has been completed to a very high standard. It was clean, well appointed with a spacious bathroom.

The kitchen is very small and does not include an oven or microwave grill. Better window blinds/curtains would have been appreciated.

Fantastic suite. Spacious , clean and everything you need for a short stay. Great location, short walk into the centre of Emden, however, very quiet location. And as a bonus, breakfast was included in our price.

(Nothing they can do about); you need a bike if you want to go regularly to the city center. Somewhat too far to do twice a day. Ask clearly where the breakfast room is. Before 7:30 AM the reception is not open and you need to go via the first floor.

Super Apartment, really nice. We arrived on the public holiday so nobody at reception but the message with clear instructions to get the keys was very helpful and no problem at all. We would always come back if we are in Emden again.
