Close to tram stops and the train station. Hotel was modern and stylish and rooms were very comfortable. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful with our questions about trams and trains. Breakfast was excellent and the bar was very nice.

Great hotel! Room was nice, rooftop area was fun, food was delicious and staff were great.

How far away it was from Old Town area.

Unfortunately upon arrival they don’t inform you about the cleaning policy. The cleaning service will clean your room only upon request. If you don’t know about it, as we did, you will find the room not cleaned at your return to the hotel in the evening.

Easy access from the main train station, rental bikes in front of the hotel makes it very convenient to get anywhere in the city. The staff was friendly and the rooms well equipped. The hotel has a modern style and offers everything you need

I liked how quiet it was

The AC in my room didn’t work. It was super hot I was sweating the whole night. The bed and pillows was firm and hard to sleep in. The staff at the bar were rude and they kept saying it’s not their job to bring up anything up to the roof despite us not asking them to do anything! The price was expensive! The same price you could’ve paid for a 5 starts at the Hilton for better quality and location.

It was very clean and new. The staff were excellent, super helpful. Breakfast was great. The bar and restaurant was great too. Good location.

The only thing was that the fridges in the bedroom didn’t work, the a/c in the bedrooms was not great in a heatwave unfortunately. Apart from that it was very enjoyable.

Rooftop terrace is great. Quiet location. Comfy bed

Aircon not the best

Was very clean and a good sized bedroom, everything we needed it to be.

We thought parking was an included cost.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and fulfilled our special requests.
