How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

The only thing not working was the tv remote, probably because of the batteries but it wasn't really a big deal, we were too tired to watch tv anyway

The room was on the first level, next to the entrance to the parking, so it had some noise sometimes but not too bad. Could be cleaner, but not too bad.
This hotel is all about the location - super close to Europa Park and Rulantica, we were happy about that. Other than that - the hotel was great, all in all it was worth the price.

The only very small thing missing in the room was a fan. It was very hot as it was August and almost 30 degrees. It was a bit warm in the room and a fan would have helped. But we showered cool and then were still able to get a good nights rest.
The hotel is ideally located to Europa Park. We were in the park the whole day till it closed. Then drove about 8 min to get to the hotel. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very spacious, had a double bed and two single beds and space for a place to sit and a big wardrobe. The double bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for families wanting to go to Europa park.

The breakfast was very tasteless and had very little options. It tasted like the scrambled eggs were (over)cooked in water instead of oil.
The location was perfect, very close to europapark. There was always space for parking the car. The hotel was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The quadruple room had a lot of space.

We liked everything.
The hotel is lovely and very clean. The reception staff are very friendly and super helpful. The rooms are very clean and beds super comfortable. The location is ideal with supermarkets and Europa park close by. Breakfast has a huge selection for everyone. Definitely recommend and we will be back again.

I booked the day before arriving and didn't read the message about notifying the property about an earlier than 17:00 arrival (as no one is there before). Ultimately, it wasn't a big deal because I just stayed out and about and checked in after dinner.
I got a hotel because I needed to be in the area for a short while. Overall, the parking was easy, and the room comfortable and modern. There was no air conditioning on the very hot day (but this is normal) and the room was provided with a great/strong fan ventilator and easy windows.

We arrived afetr 11 pm, but still we were able to get the room keys, the staff was very nice, the room was big also the bathroom. The parking was free and we found always a parking place. Tea was provided in the lobby.

We had the great surprise of getting an upgrade to a quadruple room! The staff were all very friendly, clean rooms with very modern fourniture and comfy mattresses. Breakfast was very complete for a cheap rate. An easy access to Europa park by car, it was quite comfortable to enjoy our stay! The free parking behind the hotel was also a great bonus point.

Perfect option for a couple of nights to visit Europa park. Just 5-10 minutes drive to main gate. Room was quite big and comfortable for family with two kids. Hotel generally looked fresh and new. Breakfast could have been better, it seamed poor for us. For example there wasn’t no lactose or alternative milk. The table setting and buffet looked very simple. But anyway you won’t stay hungry.
