How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

When we got to the room at 22h, there was only one bed cover and one pillow (even though there were 4 beds) and one towel. We are a family of four and had to share one pillow and a bedsheet. There was nobody to talk to and ask for these items.

Verified reviewThe hotel was clean throughout and provided a simple check in service for arrival after 9pm. The room was spacious for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. It is a quiet town with not much to see for a tourist but the main benefit is the hotel's proximity to Europa Park (which is fantastic). Fast EV charging is at the excellent supermarket just down the road. The staff are friendly and speak good English. Ample parking either in the hotel grounds or close-by street parking for overflow.
The room with 5 beds in the middle of summer could really do with air conditioning. There is a fan but the room was very hot overnight.

Verified reviewThis hotel is all about the location - super close to Europa Park and Rulantica, we were happy about that. Other than that - the hotel was great, all in all it was worth the price.
The room was on the first level, next to the entrance to the parking, so it had some noise sometimes but not too bad. Could be cleaner, but not too bad.

Verified reviewThe hotel is ideally located to Europa Park. We were in the park the whole day till it closed. Then drove about 8 min to get to the hotel. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very spacious, had a double bed and two single beds and space for a place to sit and a big wardrobe. The double bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for families wanting to go to Europa park.
The only very small thing missing in the room was a fan. It was very hot as it was August and almost 30 degrees. It was a bit warm in the room and a fan would have helped. But we showered cool and then were still able to get a good nights rest.

We've actually received a lot of positive comments in the past about the cozy and welcoming atmosphere in our hotel – from the warm colors and artwork in the rooms to the plants and decorations in the hallways. Of course, comfort is a personal feeling. Regarding the towels, we were a bit surprised by your remark. Each guest is provided with both a small towel for the face and hands and a large bath towel for showering. If anything was missing, we apologize – we would have been happy to provide replacements right away if we had been informed. As for the pillows, we always have alternative options available and could have easily offered you a different one to ensure your comfort. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any request at the reception during your stay – please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly next time, so we can resolve such issues immediately. Our breakfast is usually very well received by our guests due to the wide variety we offer: cereals, fresh fruit, sweet and savory pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, and a selection of cold cuts and cheeses – all for just €10 per person, including unlimited portions.
