    The old architure style

    There was bad odor at the suite room. The sofa bad was noisy. Everything should pay extra ithe services was not included at the booking.

    Breakfast was the highlight of the trip. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The spa was fabulous, small but super relaxing.

    Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Room was old and loud. Mattress old and soft. Didn’t sleep much

    Great location! Received an upgrade to a suite, with a lovely balcony

    It was all great. Only thing: the heating/ac switch is hidden behind the tv. Took me some time to find it.

    Location and once I got the room I paid for.

    They downgraded my room when I checked in and moved my room around 1.30 am. No help.

    Unfortunately, the bathroom was unusable – shower water spread across the entire floor, and the sink faucet was so poorly positioned that washing your hands was simply impossible. The room itself had the musty charm of a forgotten storage closet.

    Grand old spa hotel renovated to modern standards. Excellent breakfast. Very central location. Friendly and helpful staff. My go-to hotel whenever I’m in Wiesbaden. Highly recommended!

    Spa area, although connected to the hotel, is now run by a separate company. So you have to bring your own towels, etc. I liked it much better when the hotel ran the whole thing.

    General comfort and ambience very good. Location excellent

    Initial reception for checking in was slow and not exactly friendly- later in the stay the reception improved markedly
