How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I find the room small, compared to the rooms i got when i was in radisson in winnipeg Canada. They don't have free parking for guests

It was all good, if anything the room felt a bit cramped, not a lot of room once I cracked open my ginormous suitcase full of outfits for the festival, but overall good.
I was there for one day for WGT, easy enough to get places from there and a bit further away from the mayhem so that was nice. The room was comfy and clean, what made my day however was the staff, as they were all incredibly kind and friendly.

The bed was fantastic, the room very clean and the staff accommodating. The hotel is approx. 5–10 min away from the main train station and the breakfast buffet included sweet and savoury food options.

If there’s one thing we weren’t entirely happy with, it was the bathroom door design. It opened outwards into the room and automatically closed behind you as soon as you stepped inside, which felt a bit awkward. A sliding door might offer a more functional and space-saving solution. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to other travelers visiting Leipzig.
My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Radisson Blu Leipzig while attending a wedding in the city. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and conveniently located just a short walk from the main train station and Leipzig’s city center. We really appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, and our room was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortably equipped. The bed was especially comfortable, and the linen was fresh and crisp—perfect after a long day of festivities.

The only downside was that the late check-out we had requested wasn’t passed on to the staff working the next day. We had asked for it specifically, as we had a long trip ahead and needed rest, but around 12:40 we were woken up by a call, and shortly after, housekeeping opened the door. That was quite disappointing.
The hotel was lovely! Clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and breakfast exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We upgraded one of our two rooms. Both rooms when compared to another Radisson we stayed in on our holiday, felt small, the standard very small.

There were only two issues: 1. There aren't door closers at the bathroom doors, so if you don't hold the door, it closes loudly every time. Also, because of this issue, you can hear when someone closes a door in the rooms nearby. And it can be even at 2 a.m… 2. You can't control the AC system, so it was a bit cold at night.
This is a great new hotel with a convenient location near the Central Station and the city center. Stylish design, clean rooms. Very comfortable beds and bedding.

Hotel is located 10 min walk from main station, tram stop is 3 min walk away. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful, we got greeted in the most welcoming way possible. I loved the helichrysum smell in the halls
