Buffet dinner overpriced Kettle in addition to coffee machine in room would be an improvement

Have been in the hotel at least 15 times and this time unlucky with the room (4237) which is the smallest we have got so far. The air conditioning seems to be more air circulating than air cooling which I would expect in a five star property.

Excellent hotel for a relaxing stay in nice surroundings with pure nature and nice golf courses. The SPA is amazing since the expansion took place!

Unfortunately, there was a bad smell coming from our bathroom - and especially when you used the shower. The water pressure was also extremely low. You expect a hotel of this level to have good water pressure! It was also quite disappointing that the spa should be open until 9pm, but the staff started closing everything down early. We tried to take a swim at 8:45 and the pool was already covered. So much for our nice winter swim!

This hotel is very beautiful, and such a fantastic room! The restaurant also has great food and service. The spa area offers so many different types of Saunas- and we loved that!

Nothing to complain about

Me and my girlfriend spent a weekend at Schloss Fleesensee for her birthday. Everything was perfect: staff was very kind, rooms were big, clean, with very comfy beds. We really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and all the different types of sauna (24, 60 and 90 degrees) Breakfast was also very good: a nice buffet with a lot of options, from savory to sweets. Big shoutout goes to Milan the bartender, we really enjoyed staying at bar, chatting with him while he made us very tasty cocktails. Overall a great experience.

Nothing negative about the property. The location is very quite and spacious and you don’t experience a fully booked hotel. But in the neighbourhood some locations quite touristy.

Very nice atmosphere in the castle and facilities. Extremely nice SPA which has been extended and offers very comfortable facilities. The room was quite, comfortable and relatively big. Perfectly located close to both Berlin and Hamburg.

Dinner was very good but it was a buffet that costs 49 euros. Staff should warn about the options before making a reservation.

The inner decoration is quite out of fashion and for such a beautiful historical place, the aforementioned decoration doesn't suit it at all. It should be more classical and elegant and less "modern". The options on the menu for vegetarian and/or vegan customers is quite, quiet poor. For being a place so far away from any kind of urban centre, this is rather quite unfortunate and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

It was very comfortable, specially the spa and pool area were very well designed and accessible. The personnel was friendly and helpful. Location was quiet and close to Nature.

Food was honestly not at the level we were hoping for at this price point, the vegetables and fruits were either dry, or not ripe - they were definitely at least 1-2 days old when we were served them. The room stated that they had air conditioning (and it was the main reason we chose this resort), but it was weak, and not particularly cold. It led to a very humid uncomfortable night. If you're a golfer, this is probably a fantastic resort, but we won't be back to this area.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite, the grounds were stunning to walk on, and the pool was very clean and well maintained.
