How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Small kitchenette provided but payment required. Arriving later in day I was unable.to use...an evening without a hot cuppa!
Great place close to tram and walkable to Mercedes Museum, Arena areas and, Swine Museum. Staff are lovely and room.small but very comfortable.

There was no lift if you have difficulty with stairs I would avoid. The room.had a fridge but no kettle.
It was in a good location for trams into the centre, the room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Parking was tight but reserved. The beer garden close by was very good

Rooms were small and maybe could do with being updated or modernised. Breakfast area was also small and maybe an idea to update this area too, but nothing to note that i did not really like.
A small hotel located outside the centre however a short walk to the Football Stadium for my Euro 2024 game. Although it had Spa facilities, we never had the opportunity to use these as we were out most of the day. There is no person to check in on a Sunday after 12pm and the location left our key in the drop box and it worked perfect to enter. The rooms are small but for we we enjoyed it and experienced no issues in the 1 night we stayed. Near the location is a small park with a outside food and beer place at the start of the park and next to the Ubahn stop, this was great as the weather was perfect and the beer was cold.

The bed was too soft on one side and the pillow wasn't so great. I didn't like that there were no curtains and no aircon (just a small fan). So the room got really hot and stuffy, even though I opened up the window. Breakfast is only offered if there is enough guests.
The bathroom was clean and very modern. I really liked the shower wash. The out of hours check in was easy too.

Bed was low and uncomfortable. The TV was so small could barely see it. Room was very aged. Very overpriced for what you get.
It had parking even though it was very tight and cost. It was about a 25 minute walk to fest.

The room was small but that was expected, it was very hot even though it wasn't even summer yet. We arrived after check-in (4pm for last check-in seems very early for a hotel in a city like Stuttgart) so we had to go through the back door, which wasn't super pleasant.
We were glad to be able to arrive after check in, we didn't meet any staff except when we gave back the key in the morning, she was friendly.

Small poky room. Had to use the side door. Then steps. No lift. Absolutely no availability of Spa Facilities. We picked this venue because of the Spa Facilities.

The wifi didn't work at any time during my stay. I made a complaint at reception and they didn't resolve it. There is no elevator.

The size of the cup of water, could have been bigger. I was sick 5 minutes later though so actually the size was fine. No complaints.
I arrived late. Immediately left and went to a pub. Returned at 6am. Woke up by reception calling the room at 11am to remind me I should be checking out. Had a 2 minute shower. I left. Didn’t see a single part of the hotel and was only there for 5 hours to sleep but the woman on reception gave me a cup of water to help with my hangover. Excellent service.

It was hot inside room. Air conditioning would be nice when it is about 30 degrees outside.
Good location for visiting Mercedes museum. Also to get to the city center by public transportation. Reasonable price and breakfast at the place.

The shower is extremely narrow Missing basic amenities for that amount Pillows could be better at least have options.
