Just my personal experience: the room on the 2nd and top floor of the hotel was extremely hot in summer and it was not easy to cool it down, probably due to the amazing insulation. But I guess this is not a bad problem to have :)

Amazing breakfast, clean hotel, location adjacent to the ski slope, go kart and Lüneburger Heide. Also the restaurant saved really tasty food.

Close to the motorway, making it easy to reach. The ground-floor room was perfect for us and our elderly dog. Late check-in was no problem, and the key card safe was a convenient solution. We received all the necessary information in advance and always got quick replies to our questions. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the common areas were spacious and comfortable.

Sink drain needs to be cleaned and small corners by the wall need better cleaning. You need to be careful with the round swing as it can collide with the supporting beam, resulting in swing and kid knocking on the beam.

Traveling with pet (dog, 10 kg), we are aware that we usually get the room where people with pets stay. We paid 12 euros for additional cleaning, as indicated in a welcome message. But the room was not as clean as we expected, there were dog hairs on the carpet when we arrived and some hairs on the bed, too. We expected a bit cleaner room, as we are also trying, as pet owners, to leave it in a good condition after. This is something to work on maybe - better clean of this type of room.

The hotel was very good, located near the highway, but could get a good night sleep, not hearing the highway crowd. It was a surprise for having a ski slope, and ski activities in the middle of June! :) The breakfast was very good, a lot of food to chose from. There is an option for everyone. There is a restaurant, outside playground, paths to wander around. The room was nice, and we liked the ski details in it. Also everything is done from wood, which was also very nice.

We were visiting friends in Hamburg for the evening and travelling to Cologne so the hotel was on the way not too far so fitted what we were after. Late night check in was good with plenty of instructions made it easier. Room was fine, warm comfortable bed and great shower. Big parking area, just off autobahn but quiet.

Room was a little noisy as the cleaning crew had their supplies outside our room entrance, but good size and well equipped.

Epic outdoor areas for kids! Great place to tire out a toddler before the next leg of a road trip. They even had a little welcome package for our dog!

Nice location, close to the highway. The cabin was spacious and very cozy. The restaurant had a nice variety. Jumping castles and playground for the kids, walking paths and Tesla (and other EV)charging stations on site.

Soundproof of the cabin, we can hear everything inside the cabin. But not like what the others said, we didn't hear much from the highway. The water flow in the shower was too slow. Our kids found two balloons from famous restaurant chain behind the couch. Well, it's off course fun for the kids, but it seems the cleaning wasn't proper.

Its access to snowdome is exactly what we need. The cabin house is very comfortable. We love the fireplace to chill after exhausting ski day and they have everything we need for overnight. We gotta free wood for the fireplace.

The rooms could have smaller kitchen appliances like microwave. The acoustic of the house is not really good and you can hear the noise from outside and also from the other rooms in the house.

The wood houses are very nice, they’re pretty new and nicely decorated. Direct access to the snow dome.

Really good customer service in terms of disability access they gave us two options and let us pick. Very impressed. We were in the middle of a 1000 km journey so it was an ideal stopover near the autobahn with lots of eating options. The chance to stay in a cabin was great and cheaper than a hotel
