- the room had a little privacy issue: firstly the rooms are in general poorly soundproofed, so you and the room next to you hear each other a lot. Secondly, the bathroom + toilet have a transparent glass door, so you can see your partner sitting on the toilet. - breakfast was not as special and fancy as promoted, it was rather a pretty standard continental hotel breakfast.

Old Fashioned but clean. Overpriced. Stuff is friendly and helpful but not joyful. Breakfast is not my thing, with Smarties, Gummis Bears and Chocolate fille cookies from the Supermarket. Super unhealthy, but can find breaks, cheese, saussage, eggs, muesli and yoghurt. Quality ok.

The beds creaked with every movement. The bathroom with shower were in front of the bed, with transparent glass doors. So if you want to enjoy how your roommate/spouse going to the toilet or showering, it is your hotel. We had two rooms. So during the day, we were in one room, and using the bathroom from the second room. Bad soundproof, we did wake up because someone blew their nose in the next room, and was filling like it was in the same room next to us. In the stairwell, the smell of cigarettes soaked into the carpet.

The location, staff and breakfast was good. The room was clean and good, with all that you need in the hotel. The design of the hotel is like an old traditional house, witch we found very nice.

Beds were pretty uncomfortable and also the pillows. Bathroom has transparent door which doesn’t fully close, so it can be embarrassing for the one using it… and unpleasant for the one outside :/

Unfortunately, on Saturday and Sunday breakfast is served only from 8 am. If you have a run-in you may not have time to have breakfast before the road. I enjoyed my breakfast.

Quiet area of the city. not very far from the city center. Near the metro station and train. The room is not large, but clean. conveniently that check in can be sent at any time.

We were put in the ‘Cinderella room’, which had a small single bed and a double. I booked for 3 adults and we weee 3 friends staying in Germany for the football. We didn’t ask to move as we were only there for 2 nights.

The location is a bit of a challenge for parking. Fees can be on the higher end at the parking garage next to the hotel (not a part of the hotel). There is a bus station near the hotel that would be ideal but you still have to pay parking fees and then a bus pass if you leave your vehicle to travel by bus.

Love that it’s not a franchise hotel. Great hospitality and love the traditional vibes. There is a restaurant on location that is excellent and cute courtyard to enjoy when weather is nice!
