Nicely decorated hotel

The bed was too narrow and it was not comfortable for two people. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. An unpleasant odor could be sensed in the room and made it difficult to sleep.

Staff

Guests with dogs stayed in every room, and the rooms smelled of dogs. I love dogs, but I wouldn't want to sleep where a dog lived. Dog owners have the right to stay at a hotel. However, I believe hotels should have special rooms for guests with dogs.

It has all you need if you want to stay longer , including a mini dishwasher for plates and glasses and a big fridge. Clean and nice

The room was not large, but very well organized. Smart TV easy to use. I like that you can change temperature in the bathroom.

I didn't like that parking instructions from the staff member was not clear and we got a ticket for leaving the car in wrong spot in front of the hotel. At our arrival we asked the receptionist if we can leave a car in front of the hotel and he said "yes, of course". When write got a ticket and addressed the issue to the staff, they told us its not their problem and the ticket came from the police. The staff refused to tell us name of the manager the and name of the staff member who did our check in saying: you can call him Chris". After that the only thing we would like to do to leave as soon as possible

Great apartment, surprisingly spacious and a good location for travelling with a car whilst wanting to walk into town. A very comfortable stay, thanks!

Everything was great! Good value for the money. I loved the design of the interior.

It was a bit further from the city center, however we received free tickets for the bus.

Great room with balcony, access to bar, laundry etc.

Air conditioning doesn’t seem to be a thing in Germany - the room was very warm at night.

Fantastic Brazilian themed hotel. The bar area was lovely with games to keep the kids amused including table football. Room very comfortable with large balcony. Great value

Location wasn’t great, a little way out from the town near an underpass and car rental places. Parking not free, need to use the car park across the street but it’s big with a lot of space.

It's the second time we have stayed here. Didn't have the breakfast as overpriced for what you get, but the free coffee is excellent and the staff were very helpful and polite, although at times they appeared short staffed. For example it took us about 30 mins to check in. Studio rooms were perfect for what we wanted and the roof top terrace was lovely. Handy location, 5 mins from bus stop into town or a 25 min walk along the river Rhine.

Breakfast

Just really lovely place.

The air conditioning in the room was noisy and did not cool the room. That said it was 32c when we stayed but at the previous 2 hotels the A/C worked fine at the same temperature

The bed

The balcony was not clean. The room was booked for three people but only was provided kitchen stuff for two.

Room design, room equipment, hotel location, team is kind of cool and chilled. Note: it is rather an apartment building concept for digital travelers than a personal cozy hotel with warm conversations. For me it was ok like that.

Facilities not as clean as expected for the price paid. The carpets on the aisle were in quite dirty over the days and...the room service happens every three days. Fir longer stays, you don't want to miss it.

We liked that there was air conditioning that kept it cool enough, a small kitchen, laundry facilities available although we didn't use them, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere in the lobby. The soundproofing was good also. Although the walk to town is a bit long, there are some amenities nearby and we saw buses in the area frequently, which we could have used for free through the hotel.

The check in process is long and cumbersome, and it would be better if smoking was not allowed on the balconies so nonsmokers can have windows open or enjoy their balconies too.

Clean well appointed studio rooms. Hotel had small gym, laundry and roof terrace. Parking over the road. Helpful staff

The bed was very comfortable. A great shower and water pressure. Lovely staff and very clean accommodation. Aircon is quite mild - ok for me as I'm not a huge aircon fan but for those who like a super cold room you would struggle with the aircon.

We weren't told about the Bodensee free travel pass on arrival. We'd paid for a couple of days travel before we became aware of the free pass. I'm sure it was just an oversight as the staff were busy on check-in. But important that guests are aware as the free travel pass makes getting around much easier.
