Some people might want an AC on hot days, which our room was not equipped with. Nevertheless our room had a fan so we could cool off the room quickly. So it wasn't really a big deal.

The location is great. It's right next to a local meeting spot at the Amstel, where you can actually also swim in the water. Perfect for summer travels. The Restaurant and Bar had an awesome vibe and we had very good dinner and breakfast. We only stayed for one night and there was even a live concert. All in all a lively but at the same time laid back atmosphere and a place for a great experience!

I had a room with connecting doors and I don’t know if it was that or that the walls are a touch thin, but I did hear my Neighbors…..

the fireplace at the restaurant was such a nice cosy place to sit and have drinks or eat. the staff for the hotel and restaurant was great! the room was very spacious and clean.

Elevator was defect

- we checked in at 19:30. The room was not ready we had to wait in the restaurant - as after 1,5 hour of waiting we asked. They told us the room was ready. - we came to the room it always stil dirty. There was a lot of dust on the floor, the garbage was still full from the previous guest and the bed was a bit made but dirty - we went downstairs to ask for another room. They said they did not have any riverside room available which we had booked and paid for.. - we took the room and asked for compensation for the room type change - there is almost never anyone at ateh reception. - they never got back to us. - when we had to check out they suddenly were in a hurry to clean the room.. they started calling and knocking on the door at 11. - although the menu said breakfast for 19 euro the buffet was suddenly 26,50 - the fact that none of these reviews here have a response from the hotel is a bad sign, they don't care.

perfect location - on the river - scenery was beautiful. room was clean, spacious , air conditioned and you could sit on balcony staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent also. wide variety in selection. relaxed atmosphere.
