The location inside Ruhpolding, i.e., being slightly outside the centre and among houses, is not the best.

The host was very kind and accommodating. The guesthouse and rooms are also very nice.

Our stay at Alpenhotel Rosenhof was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautiful inside and out — the interior design is elegant and charming, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We loved everything about this place — the only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer! It truly left a strong impression on us, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ruhpolding.

Very comfortable and cozy interior. We enjoyed the wellness offer and available board games. Breakfast selection was amazing. You can tell the place is run with a lot of love.

I can strongly recommend this place! Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Our beds were super comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious and great value for money. The wellness area was a lovely surprise and we enjoyed making use of the sauna. Very central location.

Our room was very spacious and had a separate single bedroom as well which was great for our toddler. The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful.

Everything was great, just if you will have more stuff for reception until 21.00 and on weekends it will be really more comfortable for guests. And 1 more English speaking employee will be great. Fridge in the room will be also useful and a kettle

The owner was really very approachable, stuff was good. Location is great. As I had kids with myself I have asked for the room on the first floor with a mountains view. However if you want mountains view you need a room on the 1 or better 2nd floor. Food was tasty.

During the late night, the heaters shut down and started to heat again in the early morning. Not a big issue if you don´t wake up in the middle of the night but you shall put on your kids well warm clothes.

Breakfast is tasty, garden area very good for my kids to play and spend some energy outside. The hotel is very close to restaurants, backerei, hallenbad (Vita Alpina) and supermarket (Edeka). You can reach any place in less than 5 min by car. Kids are pretty welcome in this hotel, so they received lot of attention. They also attended all my last minute requests.

a bit pricey for off-season. While the hosts are very attentive and nice, sometimes it seems a bit overzealous: we got the nappy bin while the sign do not disturb was on the door (baby was sleeping, knocking didn’t help). The flowers from upstairs were watered in the morning yet no one checked if the water may fall on someone sitting on the ground floor terrace :) these are small and not so important things, but it mattered to me.

Calm environment, delicious breakfast and nice people. we got a tourist card and could visit some things for free. very attentive, we received a nappy bin when they saw we have a baby. we were on the ground floor and it was great for our pet to enjoy a direct access to the garden.
