We had to wait more than 30 min to get our room although we arrived far after the check in time. Our key was programmed for 1 night only although we booked two nights.

Paid a room with access to the gym, unfortunately gym was closed, There was no breakfast at the location, but there is a near by restaurant that offers breakfast and lunch, a cocktail bar at the location shocked me since i had travelled with my child, though it didnt operate on a saturday but on a friday there was Music playing.The hotel is ideal for Adults but not kids. The safe in the room wasnt working too, the mini fridge in the room only makes your drinks warm instead of cold.

The room was very clean on arrival, second day, no one bothered to even take the trash outside, or even make our bed. They dont need to change the beddings but atleast making the bed and taking the trash out would have been great, i loved the LED lights, the finishing in the bathroom, the bathroom was well equiped with shower gel, conditioner, Cotton ear buds/swabs, shower cups etc, location few minutes from the train station. Service was moderate. But cleanliness from the moment you enter the hotel, until you reach your room. So keep it up. Will i ever visit the same hotel, probably yes but without a child.

Breakfast was not available at the time of my visit. Needed a bit more room to sit by the desk and could have used a desk lamp. Otherwise, fine.

Liked how close it is to the tram station and quite okay for a night stay. The bathroom was clean and a good amount of toiletries were provided.

Minor comment, but the gym was inaccessible during my stay.

The room was very clean, the staff prepared it in time for my early check in. The location was great for connections with public transport or walking to the city center. The room was small but cozy, had everything I would need for a short stay (mini fridge, shower, coat rack, safe). Definitely value for money.

The hotel is very well located, is small, and the personal is very helpfull. In room you have a small fridge and you are welcome with a bottle of water. The bed is very good and the price also. The breakfast is continental, but the coffe is very good.

There’s no dedicated parking lot, so you’ll need a bit of luck to find a free spot on a nearby street.

We had the larger rooms under the roof, offering a charming view of a typical main avenue and more grooming products than expected. The 24/7 check-in with a separate card for each guest was extremely convenient. This is my go-to address for the best value in terms of price and location.

Nothing to complain about.

The Hotel Royal in Karlsruhe, Germany, located just a five-minute walk from the city center, tops all expectations. It features modern amenities, including a refrigerator and safe, and offers spotless cleanliness at very reasonable prices. The staff, especially Anna and Bela, are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. I am confident that if I visit Karlsruhe again, I will choose to stay at this hotel.

I found the décor to be a little unusual and the hotel was often very dark until the sensor lights activated, but noting to make the stay unpleasant.

I would say that for the price, this hotel is an excellent place to stay. The location is convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I would especially like to thank the man at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help me store my bags at the hotel until I was picked up in the evening.

the decor is kitschy/leather/marble/flashy, but you can't have everything (and to each their own) rooms are pretty small, plan to leave your stuff at the hotel and go out visiting the city

The size of the room could be better in my opinion. And We didn't use the breakfast service because it started too late. There is no elevator for the fist floor but it was not a problem for us.

On the first day there was no hot water due to some technical problem. I had to wash with cold water. If i were a hotel manager I would offer something as a compliment for the inconvenience, free late check out for example.

I was there twice and the issue for me was always the check out. In the morning there is no personnel. The first time I had to throw my card toward the check-out box, since it was not on the reception, but in the back on a chair, where I could not reach it. The second time the reception was fenced off and in front of it was a homeless guy laying on the floor with his hand down his pants. Yeah you read that right. I stood there cuz, well I have to leave my card, so I quickly pushed the card through the fence. In the meantime, the homeless guy got his hand out of his pants and started yelling at me in a language I did not understand... To be honest, because of this experience I am not going back there...

For the price you get everything you want. I booked a small room. You have AC, a mini fridge and a really nice shower. The room is also quiet.

The reception girl tried to cheat me giving me a room which was twice smaller than the room I originally booked. Moreover, there was a spoiled food in the fridge and the aircon didnt work properly, so the room was like a finnish sauna.

The room that I booked was really nice. I am glad I got it after a tiny word fight with the reception girl.

The Shower needs a bit of maintenance. It would have been nice for Restaurant in the evening on the first night.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for both the job I was there for and exploring Karlsruhe.
