The room was a bit dated, but still okay and comfortable.

Perfect location. The Albrecht Dürer house is next door, the castle is just 150m away and the little Tiergartnertorplatz with some great local restaurants and bars is a perfect place for an evening chat with friends. The staff is really friendly. The breakfast is good.

The fact that the air-condition wasn’t working in one of the rooms we got. They did nothing about that except offering a lame fan. I booked and paid for some details which i expect to receive. They could have repay some of the amount or maybe to offer some free services such as breakfast, but nothing. All what I got is a sorry and an empty nod.

Pillows not to my liking

Breakfast was very good quality. Staff on reception were very helpful and let us leave our bags for the day after we checked out. Good location, easy walk to the centre, very close to an excellent supermarket and a main subway station. Price includes access to nearby FitnessFirst gym, although it didn't open until 9am on a Saturday which was too late for us.

There is not a great view from the room we had, but we were not there for the the view from the hoteltroom either, so not nessesary bad, but i needed to write something. Some of the interior might be a bit dated.

Good size on the rooms, great and beautiful bathroom, good breakfast, great location for a City weekend. Convenient parking options. Would book again, great value for money!

The lights in auto park was shutting down very quickly and not turn on unless see someone close to the receiver.

The hotel is very clean. I recommend it strongly. The location is very close to the poi’s in Stuttgart. Nice staff and good breakfast. Closed parking place is safe for motorcycles.

Small rooms basic and dated, but comfortable. E.g Shower via tap with curtain, no fridge key with tassles lol etc. Had to have room on request but would have if asked. Asked for towels and were delivered.

Location good, small hotel with friendly staff. Did the job for a solo stay for a concert. Quiet. Staff were informative and assisted whenever needed.

The room is a little narrow

The breakfast is great with thepossiblity of the glass of Royal sect. The cappuccino was great and beautifully served. They have real keys, vintage styled. The washroom and shower are very clean. We came because of Ed Sheeran concert and the metro station with the line to get the concert location was very close,

Due to the location in the city center and the air vents above the window the noise from the street was quite loud throug the night. One of the pillows was too big and the other too small to my needs.

The staff was helpful, rooms clean and (partly) renewed. Breakfast was good (the waiter very polite and efficient).

The hotel is a bit outdated, not new, and the shower switch to the showerhead and back to the faucet was broken and fell off.

We were with my family. Location is the best. They have their own car parking. We definitely come back in the future.

AC not working in one room but we didn’t give hotel change to remedy the issue, so I cannot complain in my review!

We had 3 rooms. All comfort rooms, very modern and nice. One room had huge walk in shower, all looked brand new. Parking was ok. Breakfast was nice. Hotel bar was good. Not sure why other people complained about the traditional hotel key… I liked it! Better than a key card which erases near magnet! Hotel has 24h reception and you can leave your key with them if it’s too difficult to carry! The service we received was good, similar to a Hilton.
