We understand your concern about the lack of a minibar in the room. As part of our Lean Luxury philosophy, we've equipped our Galleys with free hot drinks, a Maxi bar, and our bar is available 24/7 for drinks and snacks. We regret to hear about your concerns regarding the room and the bathroom. Our rooms are designed to make efficient use of space, and we offer larger rooms for guests who desire more space. We're sorry to hear about the bathroom light and the duvet. The duvet situation is a bit of a Central European quirk. We find that separate duvets often provide a touch more individual cosiness. This means that if you're travelling alone, you'll get one narrower sheet, but if it's a duo trip, we'll provide two separate blankets. For design reasons, our housekeeping lays the blankets diagonally on top of each other. So it is important to turn them over before you go to sleep so that they are long enough for you. We'll certainly look into these matters. Regarding parking, we are aware that our central location presents challenges in offering onsite parking. However, we do have an agreement with a nearby parking facility for discounted rates. We're sorry for the misunderstanding about the discount on your ticket. We're also sorry to hear about your experience with the Wi-Fi. We understand how important a reliable connection is, and we'll certainly look into this issue.
